Users can search for products based on various parameters, such as brand name, bolt pattern, size, offset, and finish colors. 

Pricing information is withheld until users register, with admin approval required. Admin assigns users to different pricing tiers, each with varying discount levels. Registered users can search products, export lists, and request product purchases. Admin validates purchase requests, sending payment links to users for transaction completion.

The comprehensive scope encompasses user registration, tier-based pricing, product search and export, purchase requests, admin validation, and seamless integration with QuickBooks for efficient inventory management.

The key objective of this project is to make our inventory accessible to clients, enabling them to search for products and request quotations. This streamlined process will significantly reduce the time it takes to complete quotations, which usually spans several weeks, ultimately leading to increased business revenue. 
 
The application being developed offers customers the capability to search for products using part numbers and request price quotations. These products can be categorized as either genuine or after-market. Customers have the flexibility to submit quotes individually or in bulk by uploading product lists from Excel sheets. 

The pricing for products is determined by the customer's tier, and different price level discounts are applied based on the configuration for each tier. When customers submit quotes, the system notifies the admin and sub-users via email. These submitted quotes are also visible in a quotes list page. 

Customers can choose to save unfinished quotes as drafts in the quote history page, which can be later edited and submitted. The admin has complete control over the application's backend and is responsible for managing various aspects, including product management, sub-user accounts, customer accounts, quotes, approval processes, and customer/discount tier configurations.

By streamlining our quotation and sales processes, we've achieved faster response times, increased revenue, reduced errors, and greater customer satisfaction. These improvements have also led to enhanced inventory management, improved user engagement, and more accurate data for better decision-making.
