ZAAG SYSTEMS crushed it on a project that was pretty much uncharted territory. My app is a little differen, there wasn't an existing model or competitor to model from. We had to build every workflow from scratch, and they jumped right into that. They listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out how to make it real. Super responsive throughout. Questions got answered fast, updates were regular, and I never felt left in the dark. When stuff came up (and stuff always comes up), they didn't just dump problems in my lap. They laid out options, explained the trade-offs, and we moved forward together. Solid team. Would absolutely work with them again.

We had 2 phases. 1st was about making integrations. We received all the codebase and manuals.
