ZAAG SYSTEMS crushed it on a project that was pretty much uncharted territory. My app is a little differen, there wasn't an existing model or competitor to model from. We had to build every workflow from scratch, and they jumped right into that. They listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out how to make it real. Super responsive throughout. Questions got answered fast, updates were regular, and I never felt left in the dark. When stuff came up (and stuff always comes up), they didn't just dump problems in my lap. They laid out options, explained the trade-offs, and we moved forward together. Solid team. Would absolutely work with them again.

To bring seamless onboarding for our clients, we required to make integrations with several 3d party applications; we also have to make ETL pipelines to ensure proper data transfer in our environment. While working on the project, we added another scope of work for Gen AI integration. We want to make our platform manageable via chat/voice communication.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had 2 phases. 1st was about making integrations. We received all the codebase and manuals. ZAAG SYSTEMS team made testing and solution deployment to our production environment. 2nd phase was about AI adoption, so there we had more or less the same approach, but after initial development, they were working closely with us to find the solution.

They took a two-week sprint approach. We had access to the dev stage and could see the progress. The PM organized all communication and effective delivery.

It was interesting and a bit different from other vendors how ZAAG SYSTEMS organizes solution delivery, attracting internal experts to bring ideas and set hypotheses while core work is being done by the dev team
