We are an e-Commerce company with an expertise to deliver the services according to the client’s desired niche. We can build custom e-Commerce applications that can match with your business on Android and iOS platforms & help clients in the entire e-Commerce app development cycle.

In my role as a Chief Technical Officer, I’m responsible for developing policies and procedures and uses technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers.

We have plenty of projects from a different range of clients so we were looking for some other company to develop our e-commerce application which can help us to sort out our work within time so we can able to deliver the results to our client on time.

We wanted a customized mobile app for our e-commerce website to develop. Our goals are for faster browsing of our products that makes for easy interaction with the application.

Reaching out to the customers with fuss-free services. The next aim is for a quick and verified payment option so that we can boosting up sales through online promotions and advertising.

We have search a lot for the best possible website to understand our needs and deliver to us the best in a timeline. So we go for YorviTech as we have found good reviews and interaction from their side with a clench in time.

How did you select YorviTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and what were the deciding factors? Ans: As we were looking for a mobile app development company that can able to bring up every possible functionalized and customized e-commerce mobile app which can make our purchases more accessible than ever.

After researching a couple of options, we found out that YorviTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd previous work in customizing app development was up to the mark and deadlines. They have created for us catchy designs, powerful control panels, and smooth operating which easily helped us to trust them and go with their services.

Their founder Mr. Amit also has had dedicated and professional expertise that makes us easily faith in their company’s work.

I’m the CTO of the company, I strongly examine the technicalities of the company and I believe that the app which we wanted to build should have some unique and exhilarating features. It should be simplified & advanced product-lookup.

There has been an uncomplicated navigation & user interface. Simplified Registration & Check Out gives the trouble-free flexible ordering of their products and maintaining the easy-going shopping cart so that they can miss a single item of their choice.

As we wanted to not stopped our International clients, we want to introduce multi-currency and multilingual support. We were looking for our app to develop on both Android and IOS platforms.

A team of three people from YorviTech worked with us. A Project manager for managing the entire app product on the timeline and app developers for developing different platforms.

They have created our app from the scratch and deliver us the utmost result to grab the attention of our customers with all ease and customer satisfaction.

We have shared our goal before and they delivered us the exact outcome for our application in terms of features, consumer satisfaction, hassle-free platform, simple and advanced product lookup. As we have seen the overall growth of reaching customers to a good range

We have initially discussed and created a plan for when the different sections of the application going to be completed. They have handed over every section finished before the agreed date so we were able to properly test it before moving ahead with the next section.

The project was managed well. They joined a couple of meetings initially which we sorted through the slack, google meet, messaging medium. We were in constant communication through daily meetings and weekly reports to ensure the project was progressing and on the right path.

Fitfactory is a software company that provides cloud-based, modular ERP systems to more than 400 manufacturing SMEs Globally. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service alongside innovative products that helps our customers to improve productivity.

In my role as Chief Marketing Office, I am responsible for Implementing the Brand Strategy to deliver long-term success while achieving short-term pipeline growth and sales year-on-year.

For what projects/services did your company hire YorviTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

As with most UK businesses, business has been impacted by the pandemic. Companies are realising the need to purchase software like ours, but are more risk averse. So, we wanted to take the path of delivering free software trials for a short-term to prove the value of our products to prospective customers. While we had in place the function to do this, we required a novel way to promote our products and engage the market. Our aim was to attract 10% of our existing client base to take up free Trial opportunities. Our in house marketing team came up with the idea to spin a Christmas Wreath, and depending on where it landed, the participant would win a prize. We were excited about the idea, but needed a web development team to create it for us.

We explored a couple of options for web development companies and spoke to 3 potential companies that could do the job. However, due to the previous work that YorviTech have done with brands that we know well in creating websites and on similar projects, and because of the professionalism and expertise of Amit, we decided to go with YorviTech.

I believe that projects like this work best if the contractor is fully engrained with all aspects of the project, so we can ensure that how we're promoting the campaign is consistent with the experience that the user will have with the website. So, we brought YorviTech into our regular campaign meetings about the project, and discussed the project as a whole.

We were using email, advertising and search to attract 3 distinctly different audiences. We wanted each audience to have a different experience throughout the journey. From first seeing the promotion, through to the landing page, and the potential prizes at the end.

We shared PSDs for design and it was developed in HTML and PHP to create 3 landing pages to share with each audience type. Users could reach the page (which was consistent in both language and graphics) and spin a Christmas Wreath to receive a prize at random.

The users then received a confirmation email of their prize and in appropriate situations, received a copy of their prize sent via email.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our target for the campaign was to engage 10% of our target audience with the campaign. And we were able to engage 16.3%. So we exceed our target by 63%.

The project was managed really well. We engaged them from about 6 weeks out from the campaign launch. They joined a couple of meetings initiatially which we still sorted through the messaging and developing the project assets.

But for their part, it was maybe 2 weeks for the development. We were in constant communication through daily stand-up meetings and weekly highlight reports to ensure the project was on track.

YorviTech were very flexible in terms of technology used, we were able to meet using our preferred platform of Microsoft Teams for instant messaging and calls - this really helped, because sometimes email can be a bit slow, but using Teams makes it really easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We've worked with companies in India before, and sometimes there is a difficulty in communication or Project Management styles between UK and India teams. But with YorviTech it was really simple and easy. They understood how we wanted to work and communication was really clear throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were delighted with YorviTech's contributions on the project. Couldn't have asked for any more.

I am a project manager at a company which does smart manufacturing software for digitalising factories.

For what projects/services did your company hire YorviTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

We needed to develop the Digital Productivity platform so as to allow companies find out, by completing a comprehensive questionnaire, how digitally mature they are, and to present the results in powerful but easy to understand graphs and charts.

What were your goals for this project?

To accurately capture the answers from from the questionnaire and to perform some calculations on the background to determine the overall scores to be presented on the results. It also needed to allow for anonimous benchmarking of scores, and to provide a dinamic matrix which will reflect the impact and cost of the identified digital priorities.

Our company already knew the founder of YorviTech Solutions and so decided to get the platform developed by them.

They developed the whole platform from scratch based on the complete mock ups we provided them, and recreated those mock ups in full detail.

What was the team composition?

In total 3 members of YorviTech Solutions were involved.  The communication was very smooth. All the chats and conversations took place all the time with the same team member.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have had a good adoption of the platform and we are starting to see many more businesses interested in finding out how digitalised they are and how do they benchmark against other companies within the same sector, region etc.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We created a plan for when the different sections of the platform needed to be completed by, and each and every section was finished before the agreed date in order to be able to properly test it before moving ahead with the next section.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to recreate the mock ups we prepared with every detail and the easy communication despite being miles away.

Nothing I can currently think of.
