What challenge were you trying to address with Yoginee solutions?

One of our clients wanted a Salesforce CRM to manage their leads and customer relationships, and we needed help with the task.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Yoginee solutions did the Salesforce CRM development for our customer. We started by giving them our requirements, sample documents, wireframes, mock-ups, and a description of the challenge we wanted to address.

In terms of features, the number of leads our customer had was around 20,000-25,000 a month, which was hard for them to manage and follow, so the CRM allows users to handle that information. In addition to that, they integrated dashboards, reporting, scheduling, and staff management. We also had a mock drill about how our in-house team will handle the leads.

I worked with Neeraj (CTO) and a project manager from their team.

We found them through a Google search, and we chose them because we're based in the same location.

We spent $30,000 on this project.

We worked together from January–December 2021.

The CRM handles over 20,000-25,000 leads a month, increasing our customer's efficiency.

How did Yoginee solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They met deadlines and caught up when they had delays on their end. Regarding communication, we had daily in-person meetings and also used Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very professional and documented everything even before the project started.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on — they were completely fine for my project.

Well out app is still under development but I find the guys hard working and meeting the set deadline. They have always incorporated my ideas and my vision on the project
