We designed a robust and sophisticated website for our company, and we needed a development agency with a high-level of execution to develop the site.

Through online research we arrived at Yelpix, and after reading reviews and seeing the quality of their work, we had an intro call with them. After the call, we were convinced that they are true professionals, and decided to hand them the project.

We already had a site map and design, so we started with scoping out the project, building a timeline and slicing it up into stages. First stage was HTML development, 2nd stage was Wordpress development and the 3rd stage was deployment on WP Engine.

We worked directly with the agency boss, and a couple of other team members took part in the ongoing work, but he was always are main point of contact.

The project was delivered on-time, at the highest level. The design was development "pixel-perfect", everything worked smoothly, the site speed was excellent and the overall feel of the site was up to par with out company's very high standards.

The project was managed extremely well. Communication was clear from start to finish. They delivered exactly what we agreed on at every stage, always on time and always with superb execution. They were transparent and open about what they can do, they never promised anything they didn't feel comfortable with and they 100% reliable throughout the project. It was a very good experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Two things were most impressive: The first - that the execution of our complex website project, was absolutely prefect. The second - was the way they conducted themselves, with great reliability, transparency and a positive attitude.

Nothing that comes to mine.

What to expect, timing on turnaround from the get go would have been helpful but nothing impeded the overall experience or process.

The result came out better than we expected. It has just been launched, so no metrics yet.

Thorough, engaged and comprehensive. We used email, Google docs, and Google Meet.

Most devs I've worked with have a "tell me what you want and I'll build it" attitude. YELPIX LLC was willing to share their expertise on best practices and engage in finding solutions.

Overall, the 'attention to detail' bar was set very high and was great throughout the project, but it did wane a little with the bug list work towards the end.

They worked on a very tight timeline of only one month due to a major announcement we were going to make. Yelpix worked through weekend and late nights to meet this tight timeline.

They were very professional, providing updates nightly on their progress and examples of the work preformed

Their ability to deliver very high-quality work product in a short amount of time truly impressed us. Understanding quickly of how we wanted the simplify the presentation of our product line, they were true partners in helping us make this happen

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I handled the majority of the project management for the project but it was a combination between myself and Vova. I prepared the designs and technical instructions and Vova handled their implementation.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Vova was available to answer my many questions and resolved issues without having to involve any additional people on the project. YELPIX LLC delivered a very custom solution to our requirements.

The project was quite complex so this is the main reason for this as the project went on for longer than expected. However, this was not really the fault of Yelpix.

We already had detailed design files and the site was to be built in WordPress. YELPIX was responsible for building the site, incorporating some animation, and deploying the site to our server.

We worked directly with Volodymyr Glazun who was YELPIX lead developer. He was excellent and a pleasure to work with.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We just launched our first ever website and couldn't be happier with the results. We are excited to start driving some paid traffic to the site now that it is life and expect the impact of the site on our business to be substantial.

We worked with Volodymyr directly. It couldn't have been easier. He was highly responsive and clear about deadlines. The project stayed on track and was very smoothly managed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness and the quality of their work impressed us. The site was incredibly faithful to the original designs and when we made design tweaks in progress Volodymyr was able to implement them quickly and for a reasonable price.

None, I was very satisfied and will definitely work with YELPIX (and Volodymyr specifically) again in the future.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It’s still too early to measure the results of our switch to a CMS. However, we anticipate a huge boost to our marketing and sales efforts because we can present a more polished image to potential clients and can quickly make edits without relying on our software engineers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The developer held our hand through the entire process, explaining the steps and providing excellent recommendations from start to finish. He also was always available; he answered every question and responded quickly. After he helped us lay out a plan in short iterations with deadlines, he accommodated hold-ups on our end and finished his own tasks on time.

The communication was smooth despite our time zone differences. We communicated via Upwork chats, Skype phone calls, and Slack—our preferred program.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team’s quick response times and depth of knowledge of WordPress stood out to us. We appreciated YELPIX LLC’s flexibility as well. They were able to meet challenges as they came up. The developer also stuck around after the work was completed to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed.

On occasion, both sides ran into issues of miscommunication that added extra challenges to the project. However, overall, we were impressed with YELPIX LLC’s work.
