We presented them in December with a rough outlines of our book project. They immediately understood our project, understood the "spirit" of the project, and spent the time to ask all the important questions to understand what we needed. Key deliverables: 

1. Brand package 

2. Logo & Cover design 

3. Entire graphic design and page layout for book project 

4. All merchandise artwork (biz cards, tote bags, etc.) 

5. Entire website design and e-commerce set-up

• We established an agreed upon timeframe for each deliverable and for completion of project. They met every deadline, many with early completion.

They went above and beyond. Their project management style was supportive, professional, and their work always demonstrated extreme talent. All items were delivered either on time or early. When we changed or altered our requests, they responded supportively.We felt that they did their homework and understand what message and image we were looking to create. They were supportive, flexible and always professional.

Their design talent, their company's culture and values, how they 'walked' their values, and they made the process enjoyable. We really felt like we were all on the same team. When challenges or difficulties surfaced, they were managed with grace and ease. They are top notch communicators.

NONE! They were fabulous.

I am the CEO and Co-Founder of CHC Training. We offer modern and practical asbestos and other hazardous material training in compliance with strict regulations.

We were looking to modernize our website and make the user experience easier. We also wanted to make it easier for our staff to update and change our course information.

YD won Colorado Companies to Watch in 2020 with our organization. When looking for companies to do business with, I liked that they were local, family oriented, and women-owned.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website launched with limited issues. If any came up, they will fixed quickly and efficiently.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project management worked out well. We could have had some better communication during the launch but otherwise it was amazing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to understand the projects vision with limited input from my team.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I would like to use Slack to communicate over email.
