My website moved from a WordPress MVP into a fully functional custom web app built on Next.js/Node.js.
The site now supports hosts listing properties, guests booking them, and the full payment/review workflow without reliance on external templates.

Stripe integration was completed, enabling real guest-to-host transactions with automated fee collection.
The system is production-ready for processing bookings securely and compliantly.

Kazi and his team managed the project with professionalism and transparency. We primarily used Trello for task tracking and Slack for communication, which gave me visibility into progress and upcoming priorities. They were proactive in updating me on timelines, dependencies, and blockers, and they consistently followed up on open items.

In terms of timeliness, most deliverables were completed on or ahead of schedule. For more complex features, the team was good at explaining the tradeoffs and setting realistic expectations. Even when unexpected challenges came up—such as integration issues or new requirements—they responded quickly, adjusted priorities, and kept the work moving forward without letting deadlines slip unnecessarily.

What stood out most was their responsiveness to my needs. They took feedback seriously, were flexible in implementing changes, and offered suggestions when they saw a better technical approach. If I raised an issue, I usually had a clear response or fix within hours, not days. This balance of structured project management with agility made the overall workflow efficient and reliable.
