We’ve worked with them long-term. Our continues goal is to achieve the maximum efficiency in custom logo animation work.

We have found them through a social media platform. After exchanging a few emails, we got to know about their excellent work and hired them.

They work on videos, mostly featuring custom logo animations. We provide the vector files of the logo and they get them animated as per the client’s and brand’s specific needs. They’ve also done a few other motion graphics projects for us.

We work with someone who communicated with us, and another person who’s in charge of the design animations.

The biggest success is the amount of work we’re now getting, and they’ve been a crucial part of that success. Thanks to their good services, we’ve been able to attract more clients over the years.

We’ve established the proper system on both ends to manage the work, and we have a written agreement. They’re very cooperative and responsive, which allows us to maintain effective workflow.

Without a doubt, their timely delivery of work and their communication; deadlines are met very easily.

The quality of work is good, so they should dive into more areas in order to serve a more diverse portfolio.

What challenge were you trying to address with xVS Creations?

We launched a program where we needed a company to help with communication support surrounding design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, xVS Creations worked on all the branding for the program as well as designing materials for outreach. We needed to reach out in the rural areas in India to create awareness of the program.

Their team started with the logo for the program, and then they started with the rest of the branding. As part of the program, we were doing a fundraiser in Chicago. xVS Creations did all of the branding communication materials for that event, assisting with the backdrop and lights. Their team also created brochures, applications, and a book of stories about our girls that we work with along with the design work that comes with that.

My main point of contact was Sanjeev (Managing Partner, xVS Creations). We also worked with part of their design team.

xVS Creations was relatively new in the market and seemed sincere about their excitement about working with young organizations. Even during the negotiation phase, their team came back with a simpler idea, helping us think deeper on what we really wanted.

The project cost between $15,000–$16,000.

Our engagement with xVS Creations started in May 2016.

We like the work and their process. People love the way xVS Creations designed the program. We received positive feedback. Our stakeholders love the new designs and branding with this new program. Their team’s design made the event one of the most memorable we’ve had.

Their project management style is great. Sanjeev is one of the smartest guys I’ve met, coming back with helpful ideas. Their entire team takes the time and patience to understand our needs. Before we signed the project, Sanjeev makes sure the expectations are clear. We mainly communicate over the phone.
