What challenge were you trying to address with xVS Creations?

We launched a program where we needed a company to help with communication support surrounding design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, xVS Creations worked on all the branding for the program as well as designing materials for outreach. We needed to reach out in the rural areas in India to create awareness of the program.

Their team started with the logo for the program, and then they started with the rest of the branding. As part of the program, we were doing a fundraiser in Chicago. xVS Creations did all of the branding communication materials for that event, assisting with the backdrop and lights. Their team also created brochures, applications, and a book of stories about our girls that we work with along with the design work that comes with that.

My main point of contact was Sanjeev (Managing Partner, xVS Creations). We also worked with part of their design team.

How did you come to work with xVS Creations?

xVS Creations was relatively new in the market and seemed sincere about their excitement about working with young organizations. Even during the negotiation phase, their team came back with a simpler idea, helping us think deeper on what we really wanted.

The project cost between $15,000–$16,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with xVS Creations started in May 2016.

We like the work and their process. People love the way xVS Creations designed the program. We received positive feedback. Our stakeholders love the new designs and branding with this new program. Their team’s design made the event one of the most memorable we’ve had.

Their project management style is great. Sanjeev is one of the smartest guys I’ve met, coming back with helpful ideas. Their entire team takes the time and patience to understand our needs. Before we signed the project, Sanjeev makes sure the expectations are clear. We mainly communicate over the phone.

xVS Creations has come a long way, but their team has room to continue to grow in scope as their business grows. They also work in different sectors.

We wanted someone who had good experience in to designing and media works wisely. Never the less we believe once connect there is a lot of to a fro before two parties dial in their expectations. Having worked with them for years now, I don’t look elsewhere.
