• The main objective was to replace an outdated web experience with a modern, professional, and visually engaging website that better represents PIES Group of Schools & Colleges and creates a stronger first impression for parents and students.
• We wanted the website to make admissions information easier to understand and access. The goal was to guide parents toward key actions such as reviewing admission details, calling the office, using WhatsApp, viewing official forms, and planning a campus visit.
• We wanted the website to explain the school’s academics, curriculum, activities, events, and student life in a more organized and attractive way, using real school imagery and clear sections that build trust with families.
• A major objective was to ensure the website worked smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices. We needed responsive layouts, readable content, clear navigation, fast access to contact information, and a user-friendly experience for parents browsing from phones.

Xsofty handled the complete redesign and development of the PIES Group of Schools & Colleges website. Their scope included UI/UX design, frontend development, responsive web development, content organization, admissions flow design, gallery experience, contact pathways, SEO setup, QA testing, and deployment. 
They created core pages for Home, About, Academics, Admissions, Life at PIES/Gallery, and Contact. The work included a modern homepage, editorial-style interior pages, interactive curriculum section, gallery/lightbox experience, clear admissions calls-to-action, and functional contact links for phone, WhatsApp, email, and directions.
Xsofty used Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, GitHub, Vercel, and Playwright QA. They also implemented mobile navigation, optimized imagery, metadata, sitemap, robots.txt, browser testing, and production deployment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered measurable progress through a complete modern website launch for PIES Group of Schools & Colleges. Xsofty completed 6 core sections/pages: Home, About, Academics, Admissions, Life at PIES/Gallery, and Contact. 
The website was tested across desktop and mobile devices, including Chromium desktop and WebKit mobile. Final QA showed all primary routes returned HTTP 200, with no console errors, no horizontal overflow, and no missing images. The project also improved parent and student access to key actions by adding direct links for admissions information, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and directions. SEO foundations were added through metadata, sitemap, and robots.txt. Overall, the project improved usability, admissions communication, mobile experience, and the school’s professional online presence.

Xsofty managed the project professionally and stayed responsive throughout the process. They understood our requirements, organized the work clearly, and delivered the main website sections in a structured way. They responded quickly to feedback and were willing to make revisions until the website matched the quality we expected. When we requested a more modern, interactive, and polished experience, they improved the design, navigation, admissions flow, gallery, and mobile experience accordingly. Communication was smooth, and they handled development, testing, and deployment carefully. Overall, Xsofty delivered the project on time, responded well to our needs, and remained committed to producing a professional final result.

What stood out most about Xsofty was their attention to design quality and user experience. They did not approach the project like a basic website build. Instead, they focused on creating a modern, responsive, and polished digital presence that reflected the school’s identity. 
Their ability to combine strong UI/UX design, clean development, mobile responsiveness, admissions-focused structure, and careful testing made the project feel professional from start to finish. We also appreciated how they listened to feedback and improved the website until it matched the standard we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xsofty could have done differently?

There are no major areas for improvement. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and Xsofty was responsive whenever we shared feedback. If anything, the project could have moved even faster if all final content, images, and institutional details were available from the beginning. However, Xsofty handled the available material well, guided us through the process, and made revisions quickly when needed. Overall, we were satisfied with the final result.

Working with Xsofty was a very smooth experience. I came in with an old portfolio that had a lot of content, case studies, images, and small details that I did not want to lose. Their team took the time to understand my work properly instead of just creating a nice-looking website. What I appreciated most was the care they put into the content and structure. They preserved the important parts of my previous website, improved the design, added proper SEO, handled redirects, and made the site feel much more polished and professional. The final portfolio feels more aligned with my personality and the kind of work I do. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were very responsive with revisions. I felt that they genuinely cared about getting the details right. I would definitely recommend Xsofty to anyone who wants a thoughtful, well-designed website rather than a generic template.

The new portfolio feels much more professional, premium, and aligned with my work as a product and digital transformation leader. It is faster, cleaner, easier to navigate, and better prepared for search engines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They paid attention to the details. My previous website had a lot of pages and content, and I was worried some of it would be missed during the redesign. Xsofty handled the redesign carefully and made sure the new site looked modern while still keeping the important information intact.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xsofty could have done differently?

Nothing major. I would only say that with content-heavy websites, it is helpful to keep reviewing the old structure carefully during migration, and they were responsive whenever something needed to be adjusted.
