My company name is GREENSKART and we deals in all type of nutrition supplements. We are authorized dealer of well know brands of protein and supplement. Designation Managing Director

We hired Xrossway Solutions last year for our Ecommerce store onboarding. They helped us a lot, in terms of online onboarding of our store. They are very professional, since I got in touch with them, they had shared a proper quotation with all the terms upfront with us. They have given us a time frame to complete our project and they had successfully delivered their services on time.

The best part is, they have a core team who full filled all our expectations for our ecommerce store. Team is very professional and made us satisfied at any point. The website design was very attractive so that we could achieve very good sales from the online store.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and contacted them. We found a very good explanation about our project. The presentation was very effected which convinced me to get them hired for my project.

I am not a tech savvy person but the technology they have used, that is much better and that can be seen in the website speed. They had delivered the project on time which is the best thing. They made changes as per our requirement, without any additional charges, so all over we had a very good experience with them.

I thing they have 1 proper team which was assigned to us. Project manager was the main lead whom we interacted a lot. Moreover there were 2 core developer, 1 web designer and 1 content writer. May be more people in backend.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were new to the ecommerce and we never expected this much of sale but after the work they had done on our ecommerce store, sales got a very good boost beyond our expectation so I am thankful to Xrossway Solutions.

They are very professional and manager everything in the proper way. They communicate with us for each and everything. They keep us in CC email so that we had all the updated about our projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are best on web designing and speed up the website so customers experience should not be impacted.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so.

I was an intermediary between jain tools and xrossway solutions. My company basically deals with wholesalers who buy our tools with the hopes of it being the best quality.

Our business didn't have any online system and we had to take it one step up and be the company that has more sales than before. We were looking for a way to expand it and hence contacted xrossway solutions for the same.

The way they handled the project and the way they maintained symmetrical communication was everything we needed to trust this company and their values.

We were being updated on the weekly basis where they provided us the details of the work they did every day. They completed the project in almost no time and was value to our money
