The goal of this project was to help mothers to get fit and/or lose weight by providing meal and exercise plans.

We were looking for a company that is ready to work with new ideas and has excellent developers in team. We find it difficult to find all in a company at early stage of our screening process. But when we started discussion with Xpertyst, we got great confidence in their ability and also we had an interview with their developers which gave us complete trust on their skills and understanding of project scope.

Describe the project in detail.

They built very beautiful and impressive app, including deep linking and My Coach feature, which allows us to send daily coaching messages to our users. They also integrated the app with our campaign management system so that we could easily send push notifications. With the new app, we’re capturing more data and can send notifications and reminders according to our customers’ activity. Regarding the design, xpertyst redesigned the entire meal planning screen because we’d received feedback from customers that it wasn’t very intuitive. They also redid the home screen and the layout of the exercises.

What was the team composition?

The team included many resources - One project manager, one guy for designing, one for IOS developer, one Android developer, and testing team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our app is currently still in development. With the video demonstration of the app and its progress, can say without a doubt that we didn't make a wrong decision on choosing Xpertyst for the development of our app as the current results are better than expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between our teams was relatively smooth. We used Slack to collaborate with their team. Their dedication and professionalism were apparent at all stages of the project. The project manager was great at updating over email, keeping everyone in the loop.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The resources were absolutely committed, and not afraid to learn new things. There were no moments when they said something was difficult, or that there was no value in learning it. They’re a professional team that’s good at anticipating change.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We don't think so. Everything went as we had expected.We are very satisfied with the end product and look forward to continuing our relationship with their team.

I hired Xpertyst for the App development. I had a beautiful idea to create a social media mobile app. I had no knowledge of mobile app development! Xpertyst team was able to direct us in taking the best decisions and processes to constantly drive progress. The app required complex features such as camera, geolocation, live feed and they were able to own the project and really put ideas into a concrete app!

Our goal was to provide a safe and functional social media platform incorporating the latest technologies to create new friendships through a unique matchmaking function.

Basically this app allows the user to create pages, like and share the pages. Users can interact with each other using the chat and comments, write and post the blogs and articles. There are a lot of other features as well as groups, pages, find nearby, etc. This allows you to share your ideas in public.

What was the team composition?

Anuj Atrey is our coordinator. He's an amazing person, reactive, and dynamic. We can contact him by night, as well. The team was in a group of 4-5 members including designers and developers to help develop the app in both Android and iOS platforms.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Just know we published the application and we can see that people start downloading it and having a good impression from using the application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The experience was excellent. They basically created many milestones to track the progress and they shared it with us. So we could track the progress and plan our development and budget as well. We also created a Skype group between us and the developers so it was a clear and fast communication channel that cut through the process and let us focus on getting things done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Xpertyst made an effective plan and followed through with every word. They paid close attention to my priorities, and their consistent communication during the early phase of the project gave them a strong understanding of my needs and helped avoid misunderstandings and rework. Project installments have been very clear and delivered on schedule.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have done well and exceeded my expectations. Xpertyst is confident in what they do and was able to implement all the functionalities according to our timeline. It is difficult to comment on any areas that may require improvement. We were totally satisfied with the level of service we received.

My project was about: to put together people who love to cook food and people who are looking for a meal.It allows foodies to connect with great food around their locality and talented chefs to list their items over the app and start their business right from their home.

During negotiations, I spoke to two members of the team. When the development began, we ramped it up to 5–6 members. We had one project manager and a lead developer.

I appreciate the quality and detail of their work across the board. They presented a solid project plan in the beginning and continued to handle the project professionally throughout.

Team work is very good. They are very good at understanding the needs of their clients and even giving suggestions, which I really appreciated. I also think Xpertyst has great programmers.

They were very impressive, and I appreciated that. I don’t have any suggestions for improvements.I am just happy with the job they have done. Everyone can improve, but to me Xpertyst was perfect.

Previously we had to design the headstones manually, now we refer website to design their expectation, it saves our time and we can focus on other activities.

It was agile and few tools have been used, I forgot the names. We haven't faced any issue, it was excellent.

It was a CRM project to create the pipeline for the sales leads. The company core business is importing minerals and this CRM web application is used for sales leads.

Deliver a solution so that entry of the leads can be managed effectively. The system must be a customized and neds to be integrated with our existing system for upcoming orders (a manufacturing line software). It was a PHP Framework.

Their analyst contacted with us first and then through multiple rounds of session we told them our existing system. We were looking for the leads and order system that can enter directly to our production line without wasting time. The system must include, the proposals, leads, invoices, orders with status, follow ups, payments etc.

We were supposed to contact only with their analyst although they said they are 6.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are able to save the time and the entire team is happy to use their solution. We are able to manage our sales and production better now. System has been developed as expected.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was on a tool called trello. It was well arranged.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They aren't limited to what they agreed on — they also assist outside of their commitments as well. They did best.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be better if they deliver the test cases to developers team in advance. After development creating test cases doesn’t make sense. This is only recommendation I would like to give them.
