Deliver a solution so that entry of the leads can be managed effectively. The system must be a customized and neds to be integrated with our existing system for upcoming orders (a manufacturing line software). It was a PHP Framework.

Their analyst contacted with us first and then through multiple rounds of session we told them our existing system. We were looking for the leads and order system that can enter directly to our production line without wasting time. The system must include, the proposals, leads, invoices, orders with status, follow ups, payments etc.

We were supposed to contact only with their analyst although they said they are 6.

We are able to save the time and the entire team is happy to use their solution. We are able to manage our sales and production better now. System has been developed as expected.

It was on a tool called trello. It was well arranged.

It would be better if they deliver the test cases to developers team in advance. After development creating test cases doesn’t make sense. This is only recommendation I would like to give them.
