I’m the co-founder of a beauty company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xperge?

I needed an advertising video made.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team produced a video to increase the visibility of beauty professionals. The goal was a beautiful, futuristic video to grab the attention of potential customers.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Nitish (Co-Founder). I’m not sure how many people he had on his team.

How did you come to work with Xperge?

Nitish has a good background, and they were one of the least expensive companies I looked at.

How much have you invested with them?

The video cost between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2018–April 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I haven’t done any data collection. Every time I needed something done, they were there to do it. I am satisfied with the outcome.

How did Xperge perform from a project management standpoint?

There was a time zone difference, but we made it work. Communication was smooth; we used WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even within a short timeframe, Xperge’s team was reliable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few errors, but overall, they did well.

I’m the founder of Mojo Digitals, a digital marketing company. We’ve been in business for around six years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Xperge?

Sometimes our clients ask us to do other things for them like websites and mobile apps, and we outsource this for them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our client wanted to build an e-commerce mobile app. He had very specific requests. He wanted other people to post their huge equipment on the app and the app would automatically add a certain percentage for him. This particular client was very detail-oriented and wanted things to be done in a certain way. 

What is the team composition?

I spoke to at least three people including Nitish (Co-founder) and Ritesh (CTO). With the amount of work they were doing, I’m sure there were more people behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with Xperge?

I was in contact with someone in Dubai and she referred me to them. 

How much have you invested with them?

This project cost about $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017 or 2018, and it took us around 18 weeks to complete including all the amendments, requirements, and add-ons.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I had some concerns working with people remotely, but they actually exceeded my expectations. It was amazing. 

The client was very happy. This app was for a very small, niche market where everyone knows each other. By word of mouth, everyone started using the app. 

There was some training involved in the user experience of the app that I didn’t think of or request. I found out about once people started using the app. When I told Ritesh about it, he told me not to worry. They made it happen within a few days and didn’t charge for it. 

How did Xperge perform from a project management standpoint?

They gave me their WhatsApp numbers, and they used to send very notes explaining their process. They were great about answering my questions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were humble. They understood I didn’t know how to build an app. They explained things to me and the price was really good. I got some quotes from other developers in Lebanon and they were four times the price. They’re fluent in English and have communication skills. They don’t implement anything if they don’t understand it first. They’re not afraid of asking questions. I just love them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I love working with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If anyone has a project, go to them. They are great. The communication is great. They know what they’re doing. If there’s anything you ask for and they don’t know how to do it, they will tell you.
