What challenges were you trying to address with www.tsoftek.com?

We wanted to develop an LMS for our students to create their own accounts, log in to our system, and access their schedules, class recordings, previous lectures, upcoming classes, and more. Therefore, we hired Tsoftek to help us out.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tsoftek has helped us develop the LMS we needed. First, we had a meeting with their CEO, during which I explained my ideas. He helped me understand how we could achieve our goals and showed me similar projects they had worked on. From there, they developed our platform in WordPress. This platform uses cloud-based technology to allow us to upload content and classes for our students.

We’ve worked with a project manager and two developers from Tsoftek.

A friend recommended them. When we originally met them, they showed us a very good portfolio and a demo of their work, which convinced us to work with them.

We’ve spent $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2022, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

The LMS developed by Tsoftek has made our work very easy, effective, and efficient, allowing us to upload lectures for our students to check at any time.

Tsoftek is always on time, and they promptly answer our inquiries. We communicate via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tsoftek is very professional. Moreover, they listen to our requirements and understand our needs very well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything Tsoftek could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear with your requirements so that they can understand easily. If you have clear requirements, it’ll be easy for them to do a good job.

We hired Tsoftek for Web Development and LMS Project for our training school. Our goal was that students can signup, login into the portal and they can access the Schedules, recording of the previous lectures. We've added the payment method as well, So students can pay us online as well

Scheduled the meeting in-person ,Tsoftek showed us their portfolio and explained my idea. Provided them Business Requirements documents. Team start working on it and keep updating about the status of the work till delivery

We've improved our productivity and Students can access all materials under one portal
