I needed 3 websites built. They are all the same website, but I needed the website built in Angular, Vue and React. WTT solutions was able to quickly and gracefully take on this task for me.

WTT Solutions stood out immediately because they have excellent reviews and track record and the talent to tackle all three of my projects. I did not have to hire multiple contractors to take on the task.

I supplied WTT solutions with static HTML/CSS/JS markup and they were able to build the websites for me from that markup.

These are demo sites, so there are no metrics to measure at the moment.

We communicated through upwork and github. Serhii was always available to answer scoping questions or anything else.

The quality and timeliness of the work were most impressive.

We had engaged WTT Solutions to build custom software. Our goal was to manage Google API and create custom algorithms along with the development of the app.

They have high attention to detail and provide quick replies.

They designed the app starting from the previous old app and our mockup. They broke down in steps the work needed asking to approve every single step and eventually providing them with more details. They have developed the app by Python and JavaScript JSON.

They provided two API developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to re-write the app under new languages and libraries, solving bugs earlier than expected. Once again, the team has been spending time back and forward with us through several Skype calls, helping us not only developing but also finding more appropriate solutions.

In the first 2 months, the app started to gain shape, and at the end of each month, we've got all the deliveries in place, step by step.

The project management was great, compared with a negative experience with other companies so far. We've used Asana, Miro, and Skype.

They are an honest team, highly skilled, and really care about given feedback without over-reacting. They are calm and patient.

We are happy with their services, so far, everything is good.

I'm a cofounder in a new podcast startup. I have a (backend) engineering background. We're right now a 2 person startup, so we needed help with building out our website.

We hired WTT to build the frontend website of our startup's prototype.

What were your goals for this project?

To get a working, pixel perfect version of the frontend of a website we designed. We had a design, a backend, and a very specific vision for the technical stack, and asked the team to work with all of those constraints and connections in mind.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed about 8 potential candidates we shortlisted on upwork after reviewing a few dozen. We asked mostly very technical questions (such as "how would you handle server side state", "how do you organize components in code") and a few organizational/project management questions.

Serge was among the 2 or 3 most technically knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and from there we decided based on price point.

Our goals were to use a very specific tech stack (react/redux, typescript), to follow an exact Figma design, to integrate with a couple of backend APIs (GraphQL and AWS Amplify for logins), and to handle some special user state and searching capabilities. We also wanted testing (with Jest) and documentation.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Serge as a sort of coordinator/tech lead, and Alexey as the main developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was successful in that it was finished mostly on time and up to our (admittedly high) technical standards. It's going to enable us to test out our startup idea which we're very excited about.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was done with JIRA by Serge. The planning and estimation were reasonable, and we were very happy with the daily standup notes of what happened the day before and what was to happen the next day.

We also had weekly checkins in video chat with Serge, Alexey, my cofounder and I to discuss any more complex points. There were occasional slight language understanding issues, but nothing that couldn't be cleared up with a bit of rephrasing, so overall we were happy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the company's depth of technical knowledge and their organization in communicating everything from contracts and price estimates to READMEs to daily standups.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We noticed numerous QA issues that could have been prevented if the team had a better internal review process. Alexey was excellent in quickly fixing issues we found, but we did have to find most of the issues ourselves.

WTT Solutions has been working on my SaaS solution project to automate marketing tasks from the beginning. Initially, this team conducted a discovery phase and developed a mocap with a clickable prototype. Communication and development are at a high level. The guys have repeatedly shown a high level of understanding of business requirements, which is very important, as the project involves numerous integrations with external services. They always have their suggestions for optimizing processes within the application, which allows you to make the right decisions at the junction of marketing and information technology.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s a night and day difference from our previous vendor. Our website is functioning much better and we’ve had significantly less headaches. It’s definitely less buggy.

If they see something that doesn’t look right in the code, they address it right away. Because of them, we’ve found security issues left from our previous vendor. They’re very informative too — after they find those things they give us recommendations on how to fix them.

They have great personalities and they’re well run. They’re responsible and communicate well. They take the time to understand what we’re trying to achieve. They’re incredibly involved and they care.

Their attention to detail in coding is incredibly impressive.
