The app is conform to our expectation. Which was essential in our fundraising process. Soon will be  released.

Initially with the prototype we had a clear understating of how to integrate the different technologies and how would the user's workflow will look like, analyzed all the improvements to have a more smooth user experience, and behind scenes with the back-end they understood perfectly what was the expected result assuring that the tools will react correctly with the different type of documents.Result of this great work, a tool that with simple steps can digitalize companies in a fast and east way.

They achieve that our software's results were between 80-95% of accuracy. 
Even in the case where the technologies were challenged it still manage to bring amazing results

The project management was incredible since day 1 the people involve had a clear understanding of what their task was, creating a space where the project was taking a better shape. 
Even the request were never a problem or a reason to delay the project.

The quality is shown from far away, from the back-end you can see that everything respond as it should and the front-end making it look exactly like the prototype. Even, with small details that improve the experience
The project's complexity was not an issue to deliver everything on time and in budget.

From my experience, there is nothing that I can bring to the table. 
They were always open to suggestions and open to new alternatives in order to get better results.

Schedule estimates are typically under estimated. Since we took ownership of project management this has improved somewhat. But to be honest the application is uniquely complex so it is extremely difficult to estimate accurately.

Over the course of the project on a weekly basis we would go over details via figma and slack. We would also have a zoom meeting roughly every week. Based on the updates and input to the team we saw constant work updates and results.
