We were quite skeptical of first as this was all new to us, but we're super pleased with the eventual outcome! We're looking forward to the next stage of designing the website and marketing it as we grow our SaaS brand.

We were mostly happy with the project mnagement, there were some minor delays and the overall process did take longer than originally anticipated, but it was definitely worth the wait. They genuinely helped guide us through the journey from brand concept to the finalized design.

The full journey, we didn't have a clear idea of what the process would look like and we felt really guided by the end of the project. There were times where we challanged on our own thinking, for example, the value of a brand vs just a logo, and we left feeling informed and a lot more confident about our brands journey.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Woww could have done differently?

There were some delays and communication challanges, but these were mostly minor. We didn't realise how much work we had to put in from our side, so that was a lesson learnt, but are very happy with the final outcome.

We had partnered with another agency to build ludendigital.com on Webflow a few years prior. We were very happy with the end product - however, we needed to migrate the website to WordPress for a more accessible and editable CMS. 

So we approached Woww. 

I was initially skeptical. My concerns were a) End product - I didn't want to lose any of the finer design touches moving away from Webflow b) Cost - the site had 30+ pages. 

Felix took the time to show me how WordPress can be both functional and lovely, Sam oversaw the project with care and Luke delivered a genuinely terrific outcome. Working with them was a professional experience from start to finish. Recommend.
