Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed a drafter. We’d been running two production teams thin for most of a year, and the symptom was always the same: sheet sets going out late, senior people picking up redlines that should never have reached their desk.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The number I watch is senior hours going into redlines. We were bleeding somewhere around 30 a month across both teams. It’s closer to 8 now.

Sheet sets are going out on schedule again, which sounds basic but wasn’t true for us for a while. She started 18 days after we kicked off. We’re 11 months in.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Fast, and they didn’t waste our time. The candidates who reached us were actually qualified, so we weren’t doing the screening ourselves the way we have with other firms. One thing worth saying: the first round was a little off. Good candidates, wrong emphasis. We had one call about it and the second round was right. Cost us maybe a week, and I’d rather that than a shortlist padded to look full. They checked in at two weeks and again around 90 days without me asking.

What was your primary form of communication with Wow Remote Teams?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The risk structure was impressive. Every staffing firm will tell you they vet carefully. This is the only one I’ve dealt with that put terms behind it. Two weeks, no payment if it doesn’t fit. You don’t offer that unless you’re confident in who you’re sending.

The other thing is hours. She’s on our clock. She’s in the Monday production meeting, and when something breaks at 10am it gets handled at 10am. We’d looked at offshore before and that exact lag is why we didn’t go through with it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wow Remote Teams could have done differently?

The first candidate round, as I mentioned. Nothing else I’d flag.
