Actually the designer really started to understand our product and the niche application which resulted in a great video representation. Was able to take other examples and they went above the quality I expected.

WOW-HOW created an animated 2D-Video as commercial/explainer for our printer. All the work was done in cooperation with our advertising department. We scripted the video and WOW-HOW realized it. They did the purchase of the models, the programming of the video scenes, creation of intro and outro and the selection of the music file.

• We have regularly received interim results for evaluation.

WOW-HOW has always delivered on time or even earlier. While the project was going on, we held weekly video calls. When necessary, we also talked on the phone or wrote in between. Together, we have steadily approached the goal and thus achieved a very good result. It was just a question of communication and good work.

I was very impressed by their collaborative approach. Especially Anastasiia (Hi there!) was always there and in many conversations we produced the video the way we wanted it. It was really pleasant to work with.

There are certainly things that could have been done better, there always are. But I can't think of anything.

The Project Management did a superb job by taking the lead from start to finish.They made sure that milestones were achieved according to the timeframe. Their responsiveness and flexibility were on a high level. Couldn´t be more happy with them.

We wanted to show a quirky way of advertising medical oxygen and bring our vision to life.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We viewed many videos they had done and fell in love with the animation style we chose.

We gave them a script and had a video meeting so we could discuss the plot of the video. They storyboarded it, illustrated it and executed the animation as a sketch and then with color, incorporating my feedback in each step.

Marina, she was great! She would sent a phase of the process and I would have 2 chances to review and give feedback.

Not yet, but it was great to see the idea come to life.
