What did you find most impressive about this company?

African history can sometimes have its difficult ties when it comes to illustrating those kingdoms or regions. Wow How contributed greatly to the creative side of animation and overall aesthetic.

There’s always room for that but I cannot think of one based on a great experiences with them

We hire Wow How to do 2-D animations for our short digital series called Just My Luck.

To have Wow-How create animated versions of our two main characters in the show to cut to sum up their predicaments in each episode.

We described how we wanted the characters to look, Wow-How went through about 3 versions before we landed on the character design. After which, we sent them a description of each animated sequence we needed with the time-frame of 5 seconds each, and they executed it with perfection.

1 post-supervisor and director and editor.

The animations are a huge value-add to our series and a reason why people keep watching the show.

Very effective, and now that we're back for season 2, it will continue to improve.

They do what they say they will do in the timeline they say they will do it. They also have a keen eye for design.

Some organizing in how we received files on google drive, but we have re-structured this process already.

- Call to understand my needs - follow-up email summing up my needs followed a couple of day later by : - Brainstorm on their side (1/2 days) - PPT sent with different ideas for each project - Process started with overall design and story board - I received a first animation - Made comment - I received one iteration and made new comments - We agreed on all and they delivered project

They provided guidance and main ideas based on coversation we had. We worked along the whole process together and got quick feedback based on their experience on what was doable vs not.

I will see after launch of new videos the outcome. This should be live in next couple of weeks.

Their creativity and flexibility as I had to change things a couple of times. They really wanted to please us and took our project very seriously Their animation skills are great.

We chose the vendor by looking at past work by different companies offering video animation services. Wow-How has a great showreel and when we spoke with them we immediately had the impression that they would be excellent to work with.

We had a very well thought our storyboard and script. Wow-How were able to make this vision come to life while at the same time further improving it with their skills and experience.

We had seen Wow-How's portfolio before and we had been wanting to work with them for a while. This was the perfect project for it based on their capabilities.

The video was a 2 minute animated video. Voice over and storyboard was provided to Wow-How. From there, they diligently worked on the illustrations with a few iterations, followed by the animation.

Overall, the client was happy and approved the video. This was a big milestone given past challenges. Thus, this was a big success.

Their portfolio is pretty strong, but their responsiveness and communication were very strong, as well. It's rare to find that winning combo.

We’re able to communicate easily through Freelancer.com, and give feedback via email or chat. If we have changes, which at this point is not very often, they do it with a fairly quick turnaround.

We’ve continued using them for years because they are consistent and typically can turn around a project within a few days or a week.
