We provided the quiz questions and answers, as well as the logic and recommendations to be triggered based on how each individual answers. The recommendations were to be shown on a interactive page that customers could explore and understand thoroughly why each recommendation was made. From there, they could add these recommendations to cart and checkout. 

Wondertabs built this custom development for us, along with a portal/customer interface where people could find/track their recommendations and purchases. They would also be able to obtain the reports of these health screens after it was complete. All of these were built on an aesthetically pleasing platform. Wondertabs also built the website for this project and implemented WooCommerce.

Compared to other local options we've worked with, Wondertabs far exceeds expectations in terms of creativity. They were excited by any new ideas we had and viewed difficult requests as a challenge. Their excitment and passion for this field shows in their deliverables. This is something that we've yet to observe among their local competitors.

Improvements can be made to adhering to proposed timelinesbut to be honest, with the work that they deliver, I would say that taking a bit of extra time is justifable. After seeing the outcomes, any complaints we had were appeased.

With a brief in mind, David and team proceeded to create and came up with an extensive layout to backend site for our Company...constant updates were provided and urgent requests were delivered within hours at max. 

The whole procedure for us whom are not in this field was seamless as videos were used as guidance and communication was on point all the time. Even up to today, 3 years later..we are still using their services. Not one time did I hear a "No". Every time they met our requests with kindness, big or small.

Wondertabs helped us design and develop our website to almost entirely revamp and improve it. This includes 4-5 pages of website development works such as graphic designing, wireframing, building, and testing. This was done fairly quickly in a span of just 2 weeks. There were, however, multiple requests from our end to refine and change certain elements and Wondertabs was extremely accommodating and timely for all the added works.

David and his team are amazing to work with. In an industry where getting a "No it is not possible" from a vendor before even trying is common, David is the complete polar opposite. He will always surprise us by doing more than what we require him to do. 

He designs and conceptualised an entire website from scratch. He even helped managed our e-commerce store - reconciling data for us when it is not within his area of responsibility. Our first project was for a book launch and he helped us sell out more than 10,000 copies in 6 months. A perfectionist by nature - that is something you want to have in a partner / vendor - for you are guaranteed the best!

I am the owner of a mental health business, Trident Therapy. We offer psychotherapy & counselling, hypnotherapy and family therapy services to clients in need. We ensure everyone has a place to seek help when they really need it. I am the founder and head psychotherapist at trident therapy.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wondertabs, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a company to help us create a website for clients to visit to learn more about our company and our services. In addition to that, we wanted our clients to be able to make bookings via our website. While in the midst of the creation of the website, i realized my logo could do with a upgrade and also asked them for their help on that. Since halfway their work on the website was excellent, i decided to let them handle the logo work as well.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online on local sites such as carousel and online sites like fiver. I spoke to a few companies and finally selected wondertabs. I liked some of designs of their past works and felt it suited my style. They were very accommodating to my needs and wants for my website. And did not push for payment at all.

They even did a sample mock up of my website to see if I was happy of how the design would turn out before I officially decided on them. Being able to show me a sample design without a deposit or payment was the deciding factor for me. This way i knew how the style of my website was going to be before committing to it.

The company had regular zoom meetings with me to discuss what i wanted for my website and what to update and edit. The first step was sending them any sort of layout or plan i had and references to any websites i wanted it to be similar or how websites in my field would look like for them to be aware of. From there they made a mock up based on my logo design and colours and the info i provided them.

From there was back and forth of editing stuff and layout to suit my needs.The company would get a list of stuff that needed to be worked on after our discussions over zoom. After every update from them, i would take a week or so to check out the website to find out any things to improve or if anything was not working for me. I wanted to incioroprate certain extra stuff from other sites to work with my website.

Wondertabs went the extra mile by helping me integrate it even more seamlessly to make it part of the website rather than making it seem like an add on. They also helped with my logo redesign. They made variations of the logo for me to choose from , and from there made different colour variations for me to see the different options to choose from. They definitely went the extra mile for me every step of the way.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager worked with me and was the one who was on the zoom meetings with me. I guess he head a team of editors, programmers and more IT stuff with him. The project manager was the one who digested everything i needed to his staff and they implemented it. I did not have the need to micromanage or contact their team members. The project manager took care of everything for me making it very simple for me.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching my site, i had many clients feedbacking to me the website looked great and very professional. The ease in booking and access to info also allowed me to have a increase in clients taking my service. Feedback about the site had been better than i expected. People also commented that the logo redesign was so much better and added depth to my company. But everyone have been saying the website seems to be very well done, professional and seamless.

i had weekly zoom meetings with the project manager who communicated my needs and wants to the rest of the team. He always updated me on the progress of the project and issues that that came up or that they were working on. I only communicated with the project manager and he understood the capabilities of his staff and the It part of it, so he was able to understand what i needed, what could be implemented, what could be improved and what could be done. I had no problem with anything and communication was easy and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The unique part that impressed me was they offered to do a mock up of the website for me to see if that was how or what i wanted. If their style of work suited me before i committed to them. To me this is not as easy thing to do and time and effort is needed to get info from me and do up a mock up , just to see if i wanted to engage them all the way. This allowed me to be more confident that they were the best people for my project. Another thing i was impressed is the amount of extra initiative they took to help improve my site.

There were multiple things that they did better than my original idea. They also implemented stuff to work more seamlessly than i initially wanted. And edited my project multiple times when needed. This is not something others would do after handing over a project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel everything they have done and managed my project has been excellent and there is nothing they can improve. They have been very professional, they know their stuff, they are contactable, they go the extra mile and take lots of initiative in the projects and works they take. I felt that for a simple project as mine would turn out simple, but they added so much of quality and effort into it to make it an excellent piece of work.
