What was the scope of their involvement?

Woltrio managed the end-to-end design and development of Nerihya, a hyperlocal marketplace mobile app. Their scope of work included product discovery, UI/UX design, mobile app development, backend development, user authentication, business profile creation, voucher and offer functionality, booking and messaging features, payment integration, testing, bug fixing, and deployment support. They also provided technical guidance throughout the project, helping refine features and improve the overall UX. The final deliverables were a fully functional mobile app, an administrator dashboard, backend infrastructure, and a scalable platform ready for launch and future feature expansion.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Woltrio delivered a fully functional MVP that met the project's core objectives and positioned Nerihya for launch. The platform now enables businesses to create and manage digital vouchers, customers to discover and redeem local offers, and users to communicate and book services within the app. The project was delivered on budget, and the scalable architecture means new features and business partnerships can be added efficiently as the platform grows. Overall, Woltrio helped turn the concept into a market-ready product, providing a strong foundation for user acquisition and future revenue generation.

As Nerihya is still in the pre-launch phase, we don't yet have public user adoption or commercial performance metrics such as voucher redemptions or bookings. However, the project successfully delivered all planned MVP features, including business onboarding, digital voucher management, customer discovery, bookings, messaging, and payment-ready infrastructure. The platform is technically ready to support user acquisition, and we have established the foundation needed to measure KPIs such as active users, voucher redemptions, bookings, customer retention, and merchant growth after launch. The successful delivery of a scalable, production-ready platform was the primary outcome of this engagement.

Before launch, we measured success against a series of internal quality and delivery milestones rather than customer adoption metrics. These included the successful completion of the MVP feature set, user acceptance testing (UAT), resolution of high-priority bugs before release, responsive performance across supported devices, secure user authentication, stable payment integration, and successful end-to-end testing of key user journeys such as business onboarding, voucher creation, customer redemption, bookings, and in-app messaging. Meeting these milestones gave us confidence that the platform was stable, scalable, and ready for launch.

How did Woltrio perform from a project management standpoint?

Woltrio's project management was professional, organized, and transparent throughout the engagement. They established clear milestones, kept me informed of progress with regular updates, and responded promptly to questions or change requests. The team managed expectations well and remained flexible when refinements were needed during development. Overall, they delivered the project within the agreed timeframe, met the key milestones on schedule, and maintained a high standard of communication from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What impressed me most was Woltrio's commitment to understanding the vision behind Nerihya rather than simply building what was specified. They took a collaborative approach, offering thoughtful suggestions to improve the product, communicating proactively throughout development, and maintaining a high standard of technical quality. It genuinely felt like they were invested in the long-term success of the platform, not just delivering a project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Woltrio. If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide slightly more frequent progress demonstrations during development, particularly as major features are completed. While communication was always responsive and professional, more regular demo sessions would have made it even easier to review functionality and provide feedback earlier in the process. Other than that, I was very happy with the overall experience.
