We needed a custom web application for my accounting company, Galop. We needed a platform that would allow our team to securely exchange documents with clients in a way that’s much more tailored than Google Drive, but still simple and efficient to use.

The scope of the project included:

A secure onboarding system limited to work emails.
Multiple user roles with different access levels for employees and clients.
Strict access control to ensure that sensitive documents, like salary information, are only visible to the right people.
Full document management features including upload, preview, download, print, and bulk file handling.
A reminder system so my team can request specific documents from clients, like bank statements or outgoing invoices.
A layout and flow that supports how we process documents in our ERP system.
WolfWare handled the UX/UI design, backend development, QA testing, and deployment of the live web app. They delivered exactly what we needed, and the platform has significantly improved how we work with our clients

Since launching Galop Drive, nearly all of our paying clients have switched to using the platform instead of coming to our office. This eliminated delays caused by waiting for physical document drop-offs, allowing my team to process files faster and work more efficiently. It’s been a clear step forward in modernizing our operations.

The project involved building a mobile app that simplifies and elevates the nightlife experience in Las Vegas. The app allows users to sign up using their Google or Apple accounts, create personalized profiles, and browse a curated list of events, venues, and performers happening across the city. 

Key functionalities included:    
•    User registration and profile creation, with social sign-in via Google and Apple.     
•    Event and venue discovery, including detailed previews of upcoming performances and nightlife options.     
•    Booking system supporting various entry experiences, such as guest lists, bottle service, and full limo + club packages.     
•    Integrated payment gateway to handle in-app purchases for premium packages and allow users to tip their hosts directly.    
•    In-app chat feature enabling real-time communication between guests and their designated nightlife host.    
•    Push notifications and email confirmations to keep users informed about bookings, reminders, and updates. 

The final deliverables included a complete UX/UI design, a fully functional iOS application, a scalable backend system, thorough quality assurance testing, successful deployment to the App Store, and after launch maintenance.

The first version of the app laid the foundation for our digital growth and brought clear, measurable results: 

- 3,000+ user sign-ups within the first 6 months after launch, driven by organic reach and word of mouth. 

- 150+ new users added monthly, consistently, without paid marketing, proving strong product-market fit early on. 

- Over 300 successful nightlife bookings completed through the app in the first quarter alone. 

- Client satisfaction rate above 90%, based on feedback and repeat usage. 

- No major technical issues or crashes during peak usage, reflecting a strong backend development.

Their systems for tracking development progress were clear and effective. Anytime I had feedback or suggestions, I received immediate and thoughtful responses. If any issues came up, they brought forward solutions while remaining open to input. Each week ended with a virtual call to discuss progress, followed by a detailed recap. As someone new to development, I really appreciated how they broke down complex concepts in a way I could understand and provide feedback on.
