Our goals for 2021 were to expand the fleet and increase the revenue of the business. Our current website was outdated, so there was no way it would help us grow the business. We've hired Wisekom to help us with the website.

We were contacted by Wisekom through Linkedin. They were very responsive to our questions and transparent about their previous work and pricing. This helped us make a decision.

Firstly, we've received 4 files, web design packages, the scope of work, a list of questions, and template propositions. The questions were smartly written was our first thought, and the presented templates were looking good.

After sending back the images, and questions, we've received the first concept, where we found some things that we didn't like. They adjusted to our comments and the second proposition was exactly how we wanted it.

We've worked just with Patrick the director, he was the person of contact from start to finish.

Content marketing Our Linkedin presence didn't exist. We've had a personal account that we used as a business, but it didn't work efficiently, and it was against the rules of Linkedin. We needed someone who would show us the right way, and help us with making the Linkedin presence better. Wisekom explained why it's better to have a business profile, and all the benefits with this related.

Significantly improve the way our posts look like, have a strategy behind our posts, improve the visibility of the business, and increase the number of followers on the business page.

It was through a referral from a Facade company.

They helped us with improving the visibility of our profiles, by finding for us the right people who we could connect with. This is really proven to be effective as now these people are following our business page and are engaging with our content.

Very friendly and fast with their approach, even if I was busy, they would try to find the best time for me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our visibility improved, I was at 200 connections now I'm at 1,300 all previously researched people who are now engaging with my company and me on both of our profiles. Secondly, our views went from 0 to thousands Its feels good to see that people are interacting with our posts, and we have interesting conversations.

It was fantastic

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Each month, they would bring something fresh, and new to the table. We pay a fixed amount of money and each month they come with different ideas, approaches, and some analysis on what is working, and what is not. They make sure we are not behind a competition as well.

So far we are happy with how the work is going between 2 teams, and where it's going.

Every phone call we had was a box of ideas. It doesn't matter if the call was short or long — they always delivered some outstanding out of the box thinking. This is why I've employed them for my other needs and recommended them to other businesses.

I wanted a pretty straight forward landing page, that would give everything the customer needs to know about a business and in the same time was very easy to read.

Wisekom contacted me over the phone few months before the project, I saved their number and ring them up when I needed them.

It was a web design with everything that is necessary to have a website, such as hosting, ssl and other things. I'm not an expert in webdesign.

The communication was very easy and simple, they managed to create a stunning website (really all customers love it)

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I've never had a website for a business before, and I can tell it is really a difference maker. I can advertise online, or with leaflets, direct people into the page, I get many e-mails from the website as well. As well as, they helped me with local SEO, and found many online directories where I advertise my business online.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I've been told to answer few questions and send few examples of what I want my website to be. They provided me with completely different approach and explained why it should work better than what I wanted. It was a really good choice to listen, and let them do their thing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ideas. Their ideas are very unconventional, with very narrow budget they can provide results. They helped me with establishing some online presence in social media.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe, so far I'm happy with how we work, even my manager who is in contact with them on weekly basis told me "why you couldn't contact me with them before".

I already noticed more that the amount of my connections has improved. Even Patrick, was amazed with how many people accept the invites. After 2 weeks I was already asked to give few quotes, and I was added on the list for tender packages with few companies. The opportunity to get a new contract in comparison to how much I pay is just incredible. It a success in general

2 months after the website was launched and they helped me with LinkedIn, I've booked 2 meetings with really big companies. It really showed me what areas of the business I need to improve and I take it as ours success.

It was fast, easy, really efficient, whenever I've received a photo or a concept of something it looked the way I imaged it to be. They are really good at understanding the needs of the client .

I'm in a deep business relationship with them and as they are saying "There are always areas for improvement". I can see how they evolve and bring new ideas to their own business and services. It's nice to observe them going forward.

They proposed 4 templates to begin the web design process, and find out what we like. It really helped us with realizing what we really want. They used the colours, fonts, and some of the structure from the template as a foundation.

We were already discussing marketing strategies when a messenger advert captured our attention.

Structuring Facebook campaigns and targeting and re-targeting potential customers. We are currently in discussions on how we can expand our advertising beyond Facebook.

We like Wisekom due to a similar company ethos. They're doing a great job but are not charging large sums of money.

Results speak for themselves. If we didn't have great results we wouldn't still be using Wisekom services and certainly wouldn't be leaving this review.
