The scope of work included a joint UX workshop, the agency's preparation of the site's graphic design, collaboration on the site's structure and subpages, as well as implementation and development. Conducting UX workshops positively influenced a better understanding and consideration of the needs and expectations of site visitors. The workshop helped to design correct interactions with the site, which can improve user loyalty in the future.

The new graphic design of the site, designed by Wise People, took into account both the needs of us as clients and the conclusions reached during the joint UX workshop. The site's key visual is in line with contemporary standards, while also matching the industry in which we operate. Implementation and development were based on cooperation between Wise People and our company. We discussed the results of the work on an ongoing basis and made the necessary corrections, thanks to which the work went smoothly.

The results that prove the success of the project are the execution of the goals set in the brief. These goals were written out before the work began, and after the site was launched, once again verified. These included the creation of a "knowledge base" section, the implementation of a color identification system, as well as solutions for self-management of the site's content.

The work was carried out according to a set schedule. Communication was carried out in the manner most convenient for us, that is, based on a shared document with guidelines and changes, as well as occasional meetings in the form of video conferencing. All needs and suggestions for changes were discussed and implemented in a timely manner.

Wise People's project management skills and understanding of our industry and its requirements from a digital perspective. In the business approach - sincerity in conversation and cooperation. As a client, we aimed to make both sides of the project happy with the cooperation, and this seems to have worked out.

There were no such areas. In retrospect, it's always possible to identify areas for improvement or alternative approaches, but Wise People did their best with the information and resources we gave them at the time.

A good start of the project was a workshop where we analyzed the existing communication and what we needed. The cooperation was honest and clear, with mutual commitment and understanding. The website we have now is easy to edit for non-technical people, and it is very consistent with our branding. If I can give some advice to other companies – take it seriously, set some time aside for content polishing, team meetings and feedback.

With frequent iterations, the work will go smoothly for both parties. The result will definitely be rewarding. The Wise People team takes care of every stage of the project, keeps its hand on the pulse. Doing a new website does not have to be nerve-wracking at all! 🙂

We found the supplier because of a case study of a project they did in the past, which spread quite widely in marketing buzz.

We held workshops in which we defined our goals and needs. Then we moved on to visual designs (mockups), after which we moved on to backend work. The final element was uploading the final content and wide-ranging tests.

At the business stage of the project, we held talks mainly with Slawomir Kornacki co-founder of the company. Then at the implementation stage of the project, we already had a dedicated Project Manager Mateusz Lebidzinski, who during the project was promoted to COO of Wise People - congratulations!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the site was launched, the first leads began flowing to us from the brief included on the site. In addition, we met with complimentary feedback from our employees and customers regarding the new Savangard visual design caused by the site.

We contacted with Mateusz mainly by email, and once a week for a short online status depending on the project phase. We also used text messages or direct calls in emergencies, which suited me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate Wise People, first and foremost, for their direct approach, business awareness and honesty. From the very beginning, we felt that we were in the same boat.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Every project and collaboration can always be improved. In this case, Wise People can still work on the accuracy of the project calculation. Possibly make the specifics of the project more precise, so that it would be more possible to determine the approximate amount of implementation.

They had really interesting design pieces on their website, and we had very good response time too. In overall, they also had good undestanding of the problem we were facing - that is, we needed website, but we actually didnt know where to start, and what is important.

I had some reference points to start, and Wise People took them from me, analysed during the workshop part, and came back to me with an estimation. Once finished, we also used support service they provide. So far, everything works great.

We were looking for a UI, UX agency of a size similar to ours. We wanted to work with experienced specialists who can run nationwide brands. We want a strong position on the SEO market with strong competences in e-commerce, which is why we could not afford to work with random people with low qualifications. We saw the Wise People portfolio and trusted them from the very beginning.

We started our cooperation with setting priorities. We wanted to build the company's brand image, because so far Paq Studio was associated only with my person - the person of a freelancer. We employ nearly 10 people, so changing the direction in the perception of our brand is crucial and I believe that we are on the right track to achieve this goal.

We are too small an organization to measure the effects numerically, but we observe that we are perceived differently on the market. We are at the stage of expanding the offer, and when we grow to the target size, we will work on Excel to measure key metrics on our website.

From the beginning, the manager and myself worked with the Wise People team. We meet at weekly meetings and solve current problems by phone or on Slack.

Work efficiency and the ability to stick to design assumptions. There is nothing worse than not sticking to your long-term goals.

Our website was out of date, so we needed somebody to develop our new WordPress site that would be easy to use and adapt to our different needs.

How did you select Wise People and what were the deciding factors?

Wise People was recommended to us by a friend. The deciding factor was the quality-price ratio, the solutions WP proposed at the first meeting, and that they seemed nice to work with and professional.

The key deliverable was our WordPress site with diverse tabs and functions, such as event registration forms, a library, a blog section, and a large team section that includes our partners. They have also developed simple visual guidelines for us as we don't have an in-house graphic designer.

We worked with a project manager and a developer mainly throughout the whole project, and with a graphic designer mostly at the beginning. We also had contact with some employees responsible for invoicing, customer satisfaction, and sales.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our new site is much easier to use and well-structured. We have not seen a substantial increase in visits, but we have received some positive feedback and we have good tools to use for event registration and displaying our partners, which were important for us.

We had weekly calls to discuss plans for a given week and we had feedback sessions, especially regarding the visual and logical side of things. We used a dedicated online tool for commenting and feedback, which was very easy to use and worked well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very friendly and human approach and good listening. We felt that the company really took in our feedback, which was very positive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The developer could possibly use some support from another developer or QA could have been a bit stronger. We spent some time reporting errors on the site after they have been theoretically already checked. But Wise People were always very fast to respond to them, so this is appreciated.
