What challenge were you trying to address with WST?

We needed to build and launch a scalable online casino platform that could support multiple game providers, payment methods, bonuses, localization, and day-to-day player management. We also wanted a flexible system that could be expanded as Nova Casino entered new markets and added new features.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main measurable outcome has been the successful launch of Nova Casino as a fully operational online gaming platform. WST helped us integrate multiple game and live casino providers, payment solutions, localization, bonus functionality, and the back-office tools needed to manage the operation. Since launch, we’ve also been able to add new integrations and features without rebuilding the core platform, which was one of our main goals. We keep detailed user and transaction metrics confidential, but operationally the platform has remained stable as the product has expanded.

How did WST perform from a project management standpoint?

WST manages the project in a structured and responsive way. Communication is direct, and we receive regular updates throughout the development process. Most major milestones have been delivered within the expected timeframe. Some integrations and custom features required additional iterations, but the team has been transparent about timelines and responsive when requirements changed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most is WST’s understanding of the iGaming business itself, not just the technical development. They understand how game providers, payments, bonuses, localization, player management, and back-office operations need to work together. That industry knowledge makes communication easier and allows them to suggest practical solutions rather than simply implementing specifications literally.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area that could be improved is the documentation around some of the more complex integrations and platform configurations. In a few cases, we’ve relied quite heavily on direct communication with the WST team instead of having everything documented in detail. That said, they’re always responsive and provide the information we need quickly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main outcome so far is that we’ve progressed from the initial planning stage to having a casino platform prepared for launch. The core platform setup and customization work has been completed, and we’ve moved into the final testing and launch preparation stage. This is an important milestone for us, as we expect to launch in approximately three weeks.Since the casino isn’t yet live, we don’t have player acquisition or revenue metrics to report. At this stage, we measure success by the completion of the technical setup, launch readiness, and progress toward our planned launch date.

One of the main milestones has been completing the core casino platform setup and moving into the final pre-launch testing stage. WinnerSofts has helped us prepare the website, customize the platform for our brand, and coordinate the integration of gaming content and payment solutions.

Specifically, they’ve integrated games from over 100 game providers and connected four payment systems to our casino platform. This has given us a wide selection of gaming content and the payment infrastructure needed for our upcoming launch.

What has impressed us most is how well WinnerSofts understands our business needs. They haven’t just provided a platform — they’ve helped us understand what’s needed for the launch and guided us through the technical decisions.We’ve also appreciated their flexibility and practical approach. Whenever we’ve had questions or wanted to make changes, the team has been open to discussing solutions. Having a partner with real experience in the iGaming industry has made the whole process much easier.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re happy with how the project has been handled. There have been a few minor adjustments along the way, which is normal for a project of this scale. The team has been responsive and worked with us to resolve them. We haven’t encountered any major issues so far.
