Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m one of the product owners of WorkForceTime, an app that is designed to help organizations improve employee productivity in a smart and efficient way. It tracks employees’ work and progress.

For what projects/services did your company hire Winfy Software?

We hired them to design and develop our mobile application with our target users in mind.

What were your goals for this project?

To develop a robust and cost-effective solution that enhances productivity through productive employee engagement, monitoring, and collaboration.

How did you select this vendor?

We’d heard positive things about their team’s project management skills and technical capability from friends who had worked with them before. We met with them and then hired due to the quality of their work and their fair price point.

Describe the project in detail.

We had a series of meetings to discuss our goals. After the project kick-off, we received a detailed requirement document with mockups for the whole system within a week. We reviewed that and then received the UI design and a full working prototype of the mobile app.

From that prototype, we were able to go through all the app’s features before coding the system, allowing us to suggest elements for feedback. The app now looks exactly how we want it to.

What was the team composition?

The team was supportive and proactive when implementing the feedback from our side. They’re passionate about new technologies—they initially suggested a hybrid mobile app solution to keep the development cost within our budget. They managed their work in a thoughtful, process-oriented way.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve received positive feedback about the apps, particularly in terms of their UX, design and ease of use.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflows were effective. They always answered our questions quickly and the whole team was available, which was really nice. We had weekly calls, a WhatsApp group for effective communication, and were generally in touch all the time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their precise work, quality delivery, and communication skills distinguished them. While focusing on the big picture, the team was both detail-oriented and motivated.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can’t think of anything.

We hired Winfy Software to design and develop many of our mobile apps, including the eCoupon and eCoupon Kiosk apps.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to develop a mobile app that was easy to use, yet offered a high-performance solution.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were introduced to Winfy Software by one of my friends who had worked with them. During a meeting with their team, I shared our project goals and expectations. They described their experience with mobile app development, shared suggestions for our project, and showed a demo of apps they had developed.

Describe the project in detail.

The app allows users to participate in contests and receive discounts in a transparent manner, which protects them from fraud and deception. It's easy to sign up for competitions and events because you don't need to register every time. eCopon can also receive and distribute vouchers, which users can validate by scanning QR codes at stores.

What was the team composition?

There were three team members, including one senior developer. The team was supported by a UI designer and a senior business analyst.

User feedback made it clear that we achieved our goal.

Working with them was a great experience. They tracked the project through weekly calls and daily status updates. The team was responsive and always available through Skype and WhatsApp.
