Scope covers site assessment, layout planning, and coordination with M&E and renovation teams. Electrical works include dedicated power points, DB connection, UPS system, and labeling for all circuits. Data works include CAT6/CAT6A cabling, patch panels, switches, routers, and proper termination and testing.

Server racks will be supplied and installed with cable management and PDUs, ensuring neat and organized wiring. Cooling works include provision or coordination of 24/7 air-conditioning, ventilation, and temperature control for stable operation.

Fire safety and security include smoke detectors, fire suppression readiness, and access control system (card or biometric). CCTV monitoring can be included as an option.

All systems will be tested and commissioned, with documentation, labeling, and handover to client upon completion. Optional items include raised flooring, acoustic insulation, or redundancy systems for critical environments.

Our IT infrastructure is stable and stability does not happen accidentally. Recently, Win-Pro implemented virtualization technology to reduce maintenance as our servers were ageing. This also helped to improve performance & increase capacity.

The outcome is peace of mind when comes to my IT needs. There was one when I hit some error messages when using the system. I just texted Win-Pro and the next moment I know we are talking on like with their support and working to resolve the issues. The professionalism that Win-Pro's team displayed is very much valued in this fast-paced environment.  They set us at ease. They were patient, and they were very competent in helping us resolve the issues that we faced.

We’re dealing with an issue of manpower and this has allowed us to cut down on things for at least five years for auditing purposes.

We aren’t very computer savvy and with Win-Pro Consultancy, we haven’t had to wait a long time to get feedback from their team. Previously, it would take us a week to solve any struggles that we had.
