Additionally, we’ve observed an increase in the number of followers on our pages. Still, seeing more important results from marketing efforts usually takes time, and they’re helping us understand that through Google Analytics.

They deliver things on time — if they say they’ll accomplish a task at 6 P.M., they finish it two hours earlier. They’re also highly responsive. White Pencil Studio first created our brand. We gave them a brief about our company and services, and they established our brand language. They then selected a suitable color palette for us and redesigned our logo and physical marketing collateral.

Our previous logo showed a teacher and a pet — since we also educate pet parents — but we realized that it was too difficult to understand and not minimal at all. White Pencil Studio redid that and incorporated a heart into the picture to highlight that we care for the animals that we work with. 

Once the branding was done, their team went on to create our website in stages. We worked together on a content marketing plan, with White Pencil Studio ultimately deciding that we should go for the local SPO (supply path optimization) strategy. For that, they set up multiple pages on our site to help us rank faster and listed us on Google My Business to help new clients find our offices.

We provided a few keywords for the SEO, and they recommended some as well. They’re now actively writing and posting blogs on our site and earning us backlinks.

White Pencil Studio has solved many of our problems through content marketing. The concepts they’ve introduced to us are very fresh and different from what our competitors are doing, and we've been able to attract a lot of leads and business because of it.

In a matter of eight months, we’ve increased our brand awareness, customer loyalty, and trust in the market because we’ve constantly hammered our brand and put out ads. At this point, we have more brand presence than our competitors. We’ve also had to slow down our social media marketing campaign since we’re getting so many leads from it. 

In terms of SEO, we’re in the top 10 Google search results for certain keywords and in the top 20 for others.

White Pencil designs any collateral that we need based on our brand standards. For example, they create animated videos for our promotions; they also create posters and social media content. The team also provides designs for all of our digital ad campaigns, which we run to increase website traffic. These campaigns are mainly focused on Instagram. We’re not doing LinkedIn ads because we’re focused on B2C marketing. 

Moreover, while the campaigns are run by our team, White Pencil's resources provide the content. I typically give them a brief for upcoming promotions and request at least three design options. I then discuss their outputs with our internal team to pick one design. We then tell White Pencil if we need changes to the chosen design.

Meanwhile, we ask them to create animated videos during celebrations like Christmas. We post such videos on social media to wish our guests and patrons the best. In this process, White Pencil comes up with the concept, does the editing, and narrates the script. They usually do 2–3 animated videos every month for us. They also help us outsource voiceover artists.

The quality of White Pencil’s design work is amazing and stunning, especially the way they think outside the box. On top of that, we’ve seen an increase in return on ad spend (ROAS). In December 2021, we’ve achieved the highest website traffic recorded ever since the hotel opened. Moreover, our restaurant promotions have also been better than ever. We’re doing more covers than we used to, and this development has been reflected in our monthly reports. 

Simply put, the campaign has been successful, and we’ve tracked plenty of conversions through our ads — White Pencil creators have performed well. I’m happy with what they present, especially when I give them a good amount of time to prepare and come up with ideas.

White Pencil always meets deadlines. Sometimes, I give them last-minute requests, but they come through every time. They even work extra hours — they do whatever it takes to get the work done. I appreciate that and thank them for it. 

Overall, while they’re a fairly new agency, they have a good team. They also have a lot of experienced people on board, so the team is well-versed in what they’re doing. Communication has never been a challenge with them. If there’s an emergency, they’re always available. They’re happy to help when their assistance is required. 

To communicate, we use emails, WhatsApp, or phone calls. We’re not in the same city — we’re at least 200 kilometers apart — but the White Pencil team is more than willing to travel and meet with us.

The best thing about White Pencil is their all-inclusive services. They have animators, designers, illustrators, in-house photography and videography teams, and video editors under one roof. As a result, we don’t have to search for another vendor to help us with the services we need. They pretty much cover everything.

They can improve their copywriting quality. We’re a luxury brand, and the copywriting quality should reflect that.

Be honest about your expectations for your brand in terms of your campaigns. Tell White Pencil what you’re looking for; if you can’t express it in words, share references with them. That will take you in the right direction, and they’ll get the work done.

White Pencil Studio’s team is smart, hardworking, and persistent, which allows them to deliver their promises. They’re also very punctual, so we always get a timely delivery on each and every task we assign them. Additionally, they’ve never gone over budget, and usually, they’re under it.

Keep in contact with them regularly so that you can help make their work easier and they can understand your needs better. We initially only communicated with White Pencil Studio via email, but things turned around when we started having regular Zoom meetings.
