They’ve done a great job designing the website; we’re getting results. The site is simple; it’s easy for our customers to navigate through it and put in the information they want to search for, such as flights, hotels, and car options. People can reach out to our customer service team through the number on the website and read our terms and conditions. Everything is available there.
Additionally, our customer base has increased by 500% compared to when we started. Our company’s name also pops up on Google search results.

They’re not the best at meeting deadlines, but they always get back to us before one. They keep us informed on everything and are always available. We communicate via Zoom and Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their biggest strength is their creativity and perspective. White Pencil Studio is amazing with content marketing, including newsletters and online blogs. Also, the language they use is excellent.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could charge more. If you compare them with competitors, they’re pretty reasonable in terms of value for the money. If they asked me to pay more, I wouldn’t mind doing it.
