Emily helped us update our website and setup Google and Facebook ads program for our farm. We saw a big increase in customers at the orchard when the ads were running and we booked out for weddings for a full year after the ad campaign ran. She broke down the CPC so we knew exactly how much each lead was costing us, and it was a no brainer to run the ads again each year. Emily knows the ins and outs of small family farms and how to market them.

Again we saw a big increase in foot traffic at our apple orchard during pick-your-own season, and got several inquiries and bookings for our wedding venue.

I am the sole proprietor of a consulting company based in Walpole, MA, working with widowed clients.

I built my own website a year ago and it needed a more polished look and improved branding. In addition, I was seeking an integrated booking system as well as social media and email marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.

After a lengthy discovery meeting to discuss my objectives, Emily put together a clear proposal of exactly what she would do and the specific associated costs. This allowed me to understand how she would transition out of my existing website after content capture and migrate to a new platform while integrating the new elements I requested.

There was a substantial increase in traffic to my site following our go-live date. In addition, I received lots of positive feedback that the site was more visually appealing and easier to navigate than the original site.

Emily facilitated the workflow by using Trello where deadlines were mapped and both she and I were clear on deliverables at all times.

Emily completed multiple projects featured on her website, and the design quality was awe-inspiring. In addition, there were many touchpoints during the month-long process and her communication was clear and consistent throughout.

I had no complaints and appreciated Emily's patience with me throughout the process and I am less than tech-savvy.

I needed a website that would accurately reflect my Instagram account.

A lot of people have remarked that the website has been easy to follow. EJM Design has also helped increase my click-through rate and engagement by 200%.

Their project management was very prompt and thorough, and they always made sure my needs are always met — I was blown away by their deliverables and was very surprised with their hands-on and communicative approach.

One thing I found helpful is how they were able to provide me with walkthrough videos on YouTube that were specific to improving my website.

I can’t think of anything they could improve on because they exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
