My client was looking for a seamless web engine to handle both retail and wholesale distribution. We were looking for a super modern fresh look and a very extended functionality including wholesale tools, advanced inventory control, and reporting system.

Quite simple. After talking with some candidates and agencies and reviewing the terms we came to a conclusion. Webworks was impecable just everywhere. After initial meetings Webworks started on the layout and an initial concept including brand identity. We were pleased right away with the results. They have done lots of custom development on top of e-commerce platform to match our needs. All tested and works flawlessly.

We’ve founded Lightspeed TDMS over 20 years ago to be the most intuitive and easy to learn post-trade processing system. What were your goals for this project?

In addition to an attractive seamless front end look we did require custom modules to be built on the backend. Custom development was required and the webworks just overperformed themselves. Superb job done.

I been through a very extensive research in order to find the right agency for the job. Multiple review sites, google, etc. Many phone meetings with various design firms, multiple proposals reviewed.

I was really impressed the very first time I spoke with webworks on the phone. The person was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in any aspect and answered all of my questions and addressed all requirements for the project top notch.

I cannot even compare the conversations with other companies... Unfortunately most have salespeople answering phones with zero to none tech knowledge and understanding.

Our goal is to obtain more work via online presence, local search etc. We needed a great looking yet very simple and functional website at achieve that. Webworks did an outstanding job getting it done super fast and efficiently. We were up and running within a month and a half.

We were working mostly with Mr Oleg, our project coordinator. He was available around the clock to collaborate with us. We did speak with their designers to finetune the look and feel slightly and it was done quickly. Excellent organization skills!

Our entire personnel were super excited to see the end result. Site is super clean, modern, responsive and just fabulous. Most importantly the optimizations they performed DO ACTUALLY WORK! Even when we received an initial concept we were beyond impressed with quality and responsiveness of the site. We have never seen nor expected anything even close. Superb. After two weeks, they presented me with an almost fully functional site and multiple logo ideas. We concluded the project after fine-tuning a few things.

I'm the owner and chief physician of the Thyroid Center of Santa Monica, which has been operating since the 1970s. We are leaders in the field of thyroid ablation procedures and teaching other endocrinologists to perform the tasks needed to be interventional thyroidologists.

Our website was underperforming, and despite having several different variations, we weren’t obtaining high Google rankings or social media rankings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redesigned the whole website using GoDaddy, making it easier for me to write and make changes to my thyroid blog on the site. They did everything to design the site and make it user-friendly. They also worked heavily on SEO, and they devised a social media plan to increase our online presence through Facebook and Twitter.

They helped me prepare the necessary graphics and materials for an exhibition I attended for the American Thyroid Association. They developed a three-page fold out and designed a back to cover a ten by ten booth. They also designed my poster and presentation for the event and created business cards for me.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since hiring them, I’m listed in the top 10 for almost every aspect of my business when searched online. We consistently rank online for key terms, and we even rank for generic terms such as “thyroid.” For instance, we ranked somewhere between first or fourth for “alternative nonsurgical thyroid block” out of 4,800,000 search results. I'm very happy with their work; Oleg truly has done everything I expected and continues to do everything he can to increase our rankings. The website is continually doing better, and our social media and online presence have grown. We are getting patients and referrals from all over the world, so their work has helped business.

How did WebWorks Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Oleg responds to me almost immediately whenever I reach out. We work through problems diligently, sometimes meeting on his boat to work. He's been totally available for fixing issues. For example, at one point our site was not working. We quickly realized our site had reached overcapacity in GoDaddy, and he changed settings to adjust for the influx of visitors and resolved the issue almost within hours. We primarily communicate through text because that is the best way to reach him, although we sometimes email and talk over the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The event graphics, posters, and business cards they produced were incredible and were some of the best-designed materials I had ever seen. I'm going to use some of the materials they created for upcoming meetings. They earned a five-star review.

There's always room for improvement, but they've done their best and we now rank highly for most relevant search results.

Oleg is a very personal guy, so get to know him. The better he knows you, the more energy he'll put into the work. We were able to develop a friendship, which definitely enhanced our working relationship and his drive to help me.
