Webview has built an e-commerce website for us from scratch. They use Magento CMS for development. Once the design was confirmed, we moved on to the build stage. We supplied Webview with images, and they built the website and its different modules. Then, we had a testing phase, and now we’ve gone live with the product.

Webview has been fantastic to work with. The site functions as intended, and the updates meet our expectations. The team is flexible, provides recommendations, and is very accommodating working with our timelines. They always give us examples of creative assets for us to choose from.

First of all, we combined our experience and the expertise of Webview thus we came to a common understanding of what kind of project we want to create. After discussing our goals, we decided on the technology stack, fortunately, we managed to choose the tools we work with ourselves -- PHP, Vue.js, MSQL, TypeScript, CSS3. Then Webview started to create UX, UI design.

The project has not launched yet, but Webview delivers results consistently with the schedule and plans for every sprint. At the end of each sprint, they demo the results, and I have all the transparency of the results. I also have access to the Backend, which is updated multiple times per sprint.

They are very structured and rigorous about the work and planning. All the tasks are precisely defined, and I have access to all the task lists, definitions, and estimations. I can go in and comment, suggest updates, etc. Everything is transparent. They are always very responsive and open to communication. I know what is going on at all times, and with my input, I can quickly impact the direction. We use Slack.

They designed and developed the entire website from start to finish. Using Laravel and react. For design they use Figma and after that they developed the site. we needed a booking platform site which helps our users to book and quick checkout.

We needed not just a website refresh but also a better way to manage the content. Moving to laravel was key since it made maintenance very easy. I am very satisfied with the support Webview has provided thus far. Still too early but it's been 3 months and we're getting positive feedback.

We also sent them a brief for SEO including keywords we’d like to target along with location. They are handling all SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, backlinking, link-building, and Google Business Profile optimization.

• Our website is currently live, with a conversion rate of nearly 5%. This is a good result considering the Travel agency market in Italy.

We then moved to Zoom meetings during the web design and development phases; they shared their screens to showcase the site wireframes they’d developed.
