We originally hired Webtwine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to update our ZenCart e-commerce platform and help with customizations that had been done for us but others could not get to work properly.

Webtwine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. updated our ZenCart platform and fixed bugs. As our website was heavily customized, some functions broke when updating the software. The team worked with us on each of these problems one by one to resolve any issues.

We found Webtwine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. while working with another developer. We purchased one of their templates, and they proved to have more knowledge than the other developer.We have worked with them in the past on several projects, and they had proven to be reliable and trustworthy.

We started working together on this project in December 2024, and the project is almost complete. We are still fine-tuning and bug-finding, and they are providing support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Webtwine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provided visible updates and bug fixes, including a ZenCart version update from 1.5.8 to 2.1.0. The performance improved, and the security improved. We checked the performance with online performance monitors, and the improvements included faster page loading and processing of orders.

Webtwine Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s project management was very good. This time, due to their heavy workload when accepting our project, they did not meet the orginal timeline we had hoped for, but they provided timely assistance when needed. As always, they provided great communication and collaboration. There was no language barrier as they provided native English-level support.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Webtwine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was always ready to listen and help. Most importantly, they responded to any emergencies immediately. They never left us hanging. The team had great knowledge, superior to other developers in our experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren't any. Although we would have liked for them to have finished the project earlier, we understood that they were very busy. Despite the queue of requests they had, we appreciated that they fitted us in as regular customers.

The 'why' of my business: Being told I needed to spend well over $2,000 for treatment was wrong. The available options were limited, and all too expensive. I wanted to know more, but was told very little. I needed help, but didn't know who to trust. I felt there must be a better way - but there wasn't.

So, in 2009, I established my company. Now we are now a leading supplier of affordable healthcare products to treat Sleep Apnea. We help thousands of people each year get a great night's sleep. Our customers wake up every morning feeling refreshed and energised, ready to take on the world.

The 'what' of my business; Based on experience, we have a proven system for product selection and customer care that makes sleep apnea healthcare much more affordable. Eventually, our new website will feature a combination of platforms such as wordpress (for us to easy edit sections) and an e-commerce cart like Magento to process online shop orders.

Compared to other firms utilized in the past, most of whom were local, our experience with Webtwine has simply been easier. Even the local firms work almost entirely by email, so using a firm in another country has been identical in that respect. But where they differ is that the budget, proposal and timeline are all much more attractive.

Responses comes in a few hours instead of days or weeks and the time difference works to our advantage in that updates to our site is done during our off-hours for our review in the morning.

And have been very good on delivering within helpful time frames. We didn't set time parameters as a rule and we found the solutions we needed were always ready to test in a very timely manner, hence no need to have deadlines.

Their abilty to actually grasp what our requst or needs were without have to revisit the objective of each request or modification mutiple times.

I think they executed their tasks admirably. I would probably like to communicate more over Skype or zoom but that is probably a function of time difference and how busy our own office is.
