I found Webtech-Global on Google while searching for potential agencies to onboard for this project. I’ve reached out to other teams and chose them because they were the most committed and communicative provider. They’ve completed the platform and continue to offer hosting and maintenance services.

I’ve spent $500 AUD (approximately $360 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve only recently finished the site, so there are no quantitative statistics to share at this point. I plan to measure site engagement using its real-time visitor counter.

How did Webtech-Global perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via email, phone calls, and text messages. Webtech-Global is a joy to work with — they’re responsive and accommodating.

I get what I pay for with their quality services.

I am a director at Wheels of Melbourne. WOM is an integrated network of numerous small businesses that provide corporate car hire services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webtech-Global, and what were your goals?

Our website was initially developed in 2015 by another vendor. We engaged WebTech to fix various bugs in the code as well as improve the back-end databases. The google API structures were also re-coded to provide closer estimates on our 'fare estimator'. 'User level' authentications were also implemented.

Found the vendor through 'Google search. I had a brief conversation over the phone in regards to their skill set and the resources available.

I organized to meet up with Apoorva from WebTech. The scope of the project was discussed over two informal 'coffee meets'. Apoorav's understanding of our business requirements was commendable.

Our industry does not have any 'off the shelf' products to be used; everything is a bottom-up approach. A three-hour lecture' from me was satisfactory for WebTech to formulate a 'requirements doc' in black and white! Impressive.

I was only in correspondence with Apoorav, the proprietor of WebTech.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We achieved all desirable functionalities on the web page with a significantly reduced number of spam messages.

We had no need to follow up as WebTech was fairly good at providing updates and markers.

Open and informal communication. They had a good level of technological understanding and sincerity towards their work.

Nothing of significance. They were pretty good for my specific project.

Scope of work was to conver verbal ideas into requirement and create a working product based on that. Everything from req gathering to final product delivery was owned by webtech global team. They worked hand in hand with us and we appretiate tem for crisp and to the point meetings which saved a lot of our time..

5 developers worked on this project in different technologies.

Deliverables were divided in agile way with deluveries of modules all across clock and we were happy with the final product.

Webtechglobal takes initiatives and present innovative solutions for problems when asked. They switch from reactive to proa tive as required and respect our ideas and requirements. Where needed they step up to fill the void and where they need to follow they follow requirement to the word. I really like the modern agile working style and looved working with them.

Innovative ideas and delivery quality in the cost I gave is what I loved.

I think they are on right track to the goals..
