• Design & Architecture: They designed a scalable system using PostgreSQL for the database, Node.js for the backend, and Angular for the frontend, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and flexible for future updates.
• Frontend Development: A clean, intuitive interface was built with Angular, giving HR full control over employee management, while employees have access to their profiles, leave requests, and performance reviews.

We needed to create a website for our pet project, so we hired a Websters team to handle everything - from start to finish. They handled overall design, UX design, backend, etc. In the end we received really great website for our company and will be happy to work them in the future

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received the website and it was really great, all our desires were accounted for. All revisions implemented (and some which were bad for the end result were talked out of by the team, for which - another "thank you"). It is perfectly reflecting what we needed to reflect, user's journey is good and intuitive, and we got working saling website

The team worked within the discussed timeline, they were responsive and tried their best to make the end result great. Our revisions were implemented, and some other revisions, which weren't so necessary and could've made the website less effective - were discussed and we were explained in details the mechanics and why it is bad.

Which you won't meet in every team, sometimes people just do what you're telling them without offering their expertise. And I'm glad that Websters isn't one of such cases. Overall - great experience

They designed a new website for us in Figma that included around 10 pages. The idea was to modernize our old site, make it fresher and more appealing, and enable better conversion of clients.  After that, they developed everything including additional plugins, contact forms, captcha, SEO, etc. Finally, they helped us to optimize and deploy a new site to the cloud service for better loading speed. Everything was done professionally and we are happy with the results.

We got the new design fairly fast, and then the development and feedback loop took some time before we got our site deployed and working. Everything that we agreed on (design, development, and deployment) was done in time, very professionally and they took a lot of initiative to make it truly great.

Yes, everything was delivered on time, and they were proactive with communications, we usually got calls the same day we needed them. All our concerns were addressed fast and efficient
