Webspace Solution team works for me on different projects! They have created 3 different E-commerce Stores for us! They have created a UI/UX design first for our Stores in Figma! And After our Approval, They have coded them in Custom Shopify and WordPress E-commerce Store! The webspace Solutions team help us to set up our Mobile Applications as well! They created designs for all screens first! And once we approved the design they converted them into Hybrid Apps! They provide full work flow support from scratch to Launch!

They have a 20-30 person team for Web development projects and a 30-40 person team for Mobile Application Projects! And I deal with their 2 project managers only (Pooja and Sunil)

After launching our websites we received a lot of positive feedback from our clients. They said that their customers are very satisfied, the new website is much easier to use than the older one, and also the Webspace Solution team created a great mobile app that brought more than 70% of leads.

I never needed to do anything except detail the task and then it would be completed, and look great. It was always very easy to communicate adjustments I needed to have done as well.

I have a very small business, so I was mainly looking for website content uploading, and adjuments. I received what I asked for.

We would always receive the completed projects in a timely manner. I rarely had a tight deadline, so I was pleased with the communication along the way.

The project leader, Sunil, has checked in with me a few times asking if I needed help with other projects. I appreciated this as sometimes I did need help and as a busy person, it's always better for me to be reminded of the talent I have worked with in the past.

No, I never had any issues in my experience.

We had a call with the team early on to outline our goals and share some inspiration we had found. They brought our ideas to life with some initial design mockups, and then they really built everything out once we gave approval. It was a collaborative process, and they kept us updated at every step. The final deliverable was a fully built Shopify store that met all of our requirements.

We worked primarily with a full stack developer from the Webspace Solutions team. He was friendly, thorough and very professional.

Customers have consistently told us how much they love our website and how professional it looks. We have also received similar feedback from other business owners, and we have been happy to point them in Webspace Solutions' direction.

The team's communicaiton was strong. The developer would keep us up to date on what he was working and when he expected to finish. It was helpful to have clear expectations for each step of the project. We primarily communicated using email and and shared Google Docs.

They strike a great balance between efficiency and professionalism. We have worked with companies in the past that do professional work but are very slow about it, and we have worked with others who are quick but have poor work product. Webspace Solutions is strong in both of these areas. They are also great at communicating.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, they were great. We were late to give them some guidance on the project at one point, and they were very patient and understanding.

I’m the owner of Easy Posture Brands, an e-commerce store that sells products within the health and wellness niche.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webspace Solutions?

Most of our presence is on Amazon, but we wanted to expand on our own website. I needed a web developer to enhance my site with a new theme.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webspace Solutions worked with me in getting the best theme to design for the store. I expressed my goals of how I wanted the site to look. I had examples of the different sites that I saw online. They proposed a few things for me to review, and I selected which theme I wanted.

Once they did a rough draft of the website and got it going, he corresponded with me throughout the process as far as the progress was concerned and if I wanted to make certain changes to it. They built it on Shopify.

The whole style of the homepage was not a modern look or user friendly. My contact did the slider, the images, and the look of the collection of my products. He did my entire store from A-Z from the homepage to the product page to the collection page.

As far as the product page, the style of how I wanted it to have the images on the left, icons on the right, etc. I saw other websites within my space that I liked, and I was able to take pieces of their concept and what they had and communicate that to Webspace Solutions.

There are different functionalities on the site that need to be updated or changed. He’s always available for that. For example, I had some ads running. I wanted to try one of the ad platforms on my blog articles. I noticed that there were some issues as far as speed is concerned and I had to temporarily pause the ads and work with Webspace Solutions on fixing the speed issue.

I found them on Upwork through their advertising. I had a job posting at the time, and they responded.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m pleased with their work. The site speed was an F, and they were able to get it to a C.

The mere fact that they were able to increase my site speed was a success story for me. I was pleased with the web design. It helped improve our conversions on the site for some of our products. I don’t have any problems with the site.

How did Webspace Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

My contact was very responsive and kept me informed where he was at in the process. They deliver on time and within budget, which is why I continue to use them.

Being a small business owner, sometimes, it can be difficult to find the balance of a company with quality services and meet your budget. I’ve been fortunate.

Once I gave them what I was looking for, he provided an outline of how the process goes and how long each area they were working on would take. He was pretty much within the deadline. We started off using Upwork, and we migrated to Skype.

When it became a longer-term contract, we moved to Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What made a difference for me was that they were able to be attentive to what I needed.

As a small business owner, you don’t always get the same attention because they know your budget is smaller. This wasn’t the case with Webspace Solutions. He was very patient, gave suggestions and recommendations, and was very responsive, all within my budget.

I can’t think of anything to improve.

Have an idea of what you want. Have some framework. Give them examples of what’s already out there and different aspects of websites that you like so that they have something to work from.

Their recruitment was done specifically with the intention of greatly increasing our web visibility. This calls for a multipronged strategy that includes building reputable backlinks and carefully optimizing our website to guarantee that it appears highly in search engine results pages (SERPs) and draws in a bigger and more active audience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I would never suggest this business. Mid-September saw the receipt of the first deliverables from our June start of SEO engagement with them. For $1800 a month, we were given about 40 directory profiles. We made the decision to go forward, however they only produced roughly five new directory profiles in October. We asked them to cease working on the directory profiles and go on to building actual backlinks.

The project manager seemed to be more of a salesperson than someone with any knowledge in the actual task, which made for an unsatisfactory experience. As the project manager had previously said, we discovered that the real workers on the project were subcontractors from Nepal, therefore we had to wait to hear back from them before we could receive an answer to our inquiries.

I would never advise. They never responded to one of the most crucial emails I sent trying to keep them. Although it appears like they're more like an additional employee you have to keep a careful eye on to make sure they're not just stealing money out of your bank account every month, I was expecting to hire an experienced firm that knows their job.
