Website Brush (WB) was first hired to act as our IT support for our online registration system designed by others. We also requested they create and design a separate registration tool or tab within the current system to separately receive and manage special event trips for our organization. After realizing WB was having to continually troubleshoot the system constructed by others due to error messages and coding, we requested a quote to repair the design issues. WB fixed the backend programming and support applications to give us a seamless working site without dramatically altering the initial look with which our members were familiar, thereby keeping our costs down at very reasonable levels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Separate registration tool within the overall registration system that allows the organization to receive, acknowledge and track special event trips. This eliminat4ed the previous manual process, provides immediate online information to the members, and facilitates a better management of costs and activity levels. 
2. Overall better functioning, more stable site with elimination of error messages and coding issues.

Website Brush (WB) is one of the most responsive and pleasant vendors I have ever worked with. They were always available by phone, text, or email and quickly responded to our feedback and requests. WB listens attentively, scopes out the issues and/or problems, offers solutions and completes the project quickly, efficiently, effectively, and within quoted timeframe and budget.

Once I decided to significantly expand my offering, I hired Website Brush to help me plan, build and support my rollout. They rebuilt my website and member area along with many integrations with thrid party apps.

The website has been an ongoing project as we continually build an improve the offering. We sat down to discuss the grand vision and then planned out the key steps and the best way to proceed. Website brush decide to use WordPress but incorporated many custom scripts to suit my specific requirements.

I always dealt with the company president. This provided one key contact who was always ready to answer my questions. Top-notch service.

We started by doing existing website analytics. Made updates to the website to improve SEO results quickly. Results were tracked and presented, providing us with a "road map" for upcoming website improvements.

The improvements were prioritized and then executed. As business needs changed, Websitebrush was able to pivot with us.

We work directly with the owner, who coordinates and prioritizes with his team.

Initial website changes resulted in an immediate web traffic improvement of 48%. Web traffic and engagement are holding steady.

10–15 minute calls about 2–3 times per month. Any changes to the project or clarification are done via email. The process is efficient and clear.

Nael has strong business acumen, which helps better plan the project. Very little need to clarify potential pitfalls associated with web design and its connection to core business operations.

Area of improvement would be graphic design; presentation creativity.

The project was a download campaign. For our target demographic it made sense to geofence ads on Meta and Google (including YouTube) with a remarketing campaign.

The company is competent, not flashy and not trying to upsell. They delivered what was promised and they educated our team along the way. They agreed to take us on when we had a tight deadline and they delivered all the way through.

Not at all. This was the single most reliable interaction I've had with a marketing agency.
