For what projects/services did your company hire WebNT Digital Agency, and what were your goals?

WebNT was contracted to build and manage an online marketplace that had multi-vendor capabilities for the sale and purchase of art.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We heard of them and approached them to assist us. Previously they had built and were offering maintenance to one of the top 10 local education institutions in Botswana and that reeled us in.

We had a kick off meeting with their team just to set the foundations, that included goal identification and discovery. Then we moved on to content planning and SEO. The second phase was architecture and Design whereby they submitted sitemap and wire frames for approval. After this next phase was development with three reviews and approvals. The site was then launched the day we launched our startup.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager, a digital marketing specialist and a web developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launch we saw an immediate subscription to our seller packages and the public loved it. We got featured on the local radio news and made significant waves in the art industry.

We had biweekly video meetings to discuss the project and were consulted every major milestone. Tools used was Asana and slack for project management .

They are a very innovative, open minded team with lots of creative insights. They say what they do and do as they say.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, there payment terms we not optimized for startups. However they did create a payment plan that was satisfactory for both parties
