I’m one of the partners at too fast clothing. We’re an online clothing store that sells alternative clothing. We do wholesale and retail.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebiMax?

We were trying to rank for specific keywords that our customers use to search.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was a lot of link building and optimizing the content on our website to make sure the site is SEO friendly, has the right keywords, and is easy for Google to read. They also guide us on best practices for blogging and thing we can do to help ourselves rank higher.

They’re not strictly SEO, so we have asked for their opinion on PPC and helping us with some of those ideas, as well as web design and social media.

We have one dedicated manager, but I don’t know who else works on our account.

We found them online. They looked like a legitimate company that had been doing it for a while. Also, they’re fairly local to us.

We spend about $1,000 per month (approximately $36,000 total).

We started working with them in February 2017 and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They helped us rank really high for a couple good keywords and have helped us make sure we’re on top of the trends. For example, not many people search for “punk clothing” but others will search for “goth clothing.” We’re now working to get ranked for that. Overall, the biggest thing I measure is traffic. We see that has doubled since we started working with them. It has consistently gone up.

How did WebiMax perform from a project management standpoint?

It has been pretty smooth. We’ve been working with them for a long time. They provide a monthly report and they communicate well, making sure we’re on the same page.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They treat me like they would a friend. They go above and beyond to suggest ways to improve our conversion rate. They look at what we’re doing on social media and offer us advice. It’s a very consultative approach. They help us help ourselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not that I can think of. I’m pretty satisfied.

They have great communication and they treat clients like a partner. Make sure you pick their brain on all the services they offer.

They went to work immediately, starting with a series of discovery calls and meetings. WebiMax developed a cost-effective digital strategy to increase exposure for our programs. They are currently implementing social media, PPC, and SEO campaigns. They’ve designed banner ads, landing pages, social media ads, and other assets. We approve all ads and pages before they are posted.

We work closely with our account manager, who assigns the work to their team. Occasionally, we would speak with the marketing team and other experts in order to brainstorm ideas. I also get calls from their CEO to make sure everything is working smoothly, which has been a nice touch.

Within four months, WebiMax helped us generate enough interest to successfully launch one of our graduate programs. Plus, they understand our limitations and work with us to stay within budget.

The workflow has been smooth. The only delays have been on our end, as we sometimes have conflicting schedules. It helps that we can easily exchange feedback about their work.

It says a lot that their CEO takes the time to call and see if I’m satisfied with their efforts. The overall expertise of the people I've worked with has been impressive as well.
