Webillism

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO and founder of Twine Connect, a business services company. We help businesses connect marketing, sales, and the processes behind them to identify opportunities, build relationships, and turn commercial activity into growth.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Webillism?

We needed to redesign and build a new website for our client.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webillism handled the design and development of a new website for a US-based client from start to finish. This included the overall design, page development, content implementation, functionality, and ensuring everything was responsive and worked properly. They also took care of the technical side of the launch, including the domain, SSL, redirects, and final testing. The team provided ongoing support and maintenance.

Throughout the development process, we assessed usability and accessibility using established WCAG guidelines and automated accessibility testing tools, including Lighthouse and WAVE. The website was tested across different screen sizes and devices, with checks covering areas such as color contrast, content structure, navigation, responsive behavior, and overall usability. Issues identified during testing were addressed before launch, helping ensure the final website provided a professional, accessible, and consistent experience for users.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Webillism.

How did you come to work with Webillism?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because of their experience in building WCAG websites.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Webillism delivered a brand-new, professional website from the ground up, giving our client a strong and credible digital presence that clearly communicates its services and value proposition. The site was built with a focus on usability, accessibility, and WCAG compliance, alongside the required technical and website standards. It provides a clearer user journey, modern presentation, and a scalable foundation for future marketing and business growth. The successful launch and very positive client feedback demonstrated a significant step forward in the client’s digital presence.Since the website was newly launched, long-term traffic and engagement data were not yet available at the time of the review. We measured success primarily through the successful launch, completion of the agreed functionality and requirements, responsive performance, usability, accessibility, and attention to WCAG and compliance considerations. The client’s positive feedback and approval of the completed website were also key indicators that the project had met its objectives.

How did Webillism perform from a project management standpoint?

Webillism was a real pleasure to work with throughout the project. They were professional, responsive, and well-organized while also being very open to changes, updates, and feedback as the website evolved. Communication was easy, and they were always willing to find solutions and accommodate our requirements. They managed the project efficiently and delivered within the agreed timeframe, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were most impressed by how easy Webillism was to work with. They genuinely listened to what we needed, understood the brief, and were always open to changes and new ideas as the project developed. They brought their technical expertise to the project without making the process complicated and were proactive in finding solutions when requirements changed. Their combination of professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn’t much we would change. As the website came together, there were quite a number of changes and tweaks along the way, but Webillism was always happy to accommodate these and work through them with us. We were really happy with how they handled the project and the end result.
