I’m the director of Clear View Web Design, a company that provides global digital solutions, including web and mobile app development, AI voice agents, workflow automation, e-commerce platforms, and specialized delivery management software to help businesses grow and streamline operations.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Webhil to accomplish for your digital solutions business?

Our main goal when hiring Webhil was to design and develop professional, modern Wix websites that met our clients’ individual requirements. We wanted websites that looked visually impressive, were easy to navigate, worked seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices, and provided an excellent user experience. We also wanted Webhil to deliver reliable, high-quality work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and following the agreed designs and project requirements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webhil handled the complete Wix website design and development for the project. The main deliverables included creating a modern and professional website design, building and formatting the individual pages, ensuring the site was fully responsive across desktop and mobile devices, setting up navigation and functionality, and making revisions based on our feedback. They also carried out final testing and refinements to ensure the website was polished, user-friendly, and ready to launch.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcome was the successful delivery of a fully functional and professional eFlooring website at eflooring.co.nz. Webhil helped us implement custom functionality that allows customers to work through the flooring quote and booking process online, including generating professional PDF quotes and OTP verification. The site was successfully tested across desktop and mobile devices and delivered the functionality we required. 
Most importantly, the project transformed what was a complex set of requirements into a reliable, user-friendly online system that is now live and being used by the business.Since launch, the website has provided eFlooring with a much more streamlined way for customers to interact with the business online. Customers can progress through the flooring quote and booking process, and the custom functionality has helped automate tasks that previously required more manual involvement. 
The successful implementation and ongoing use of these features have been key measures of the project’s success.We don’t have verified percentages or exact figures that we can share at this stage. However, the new website has clearly improved efficiency by automating key parts of the customer journey, particularly the online quoting and booking process. Customers can now enter their information, progress through the process online, and receive professionally generated PDF quotes, reducing the amount of manual administration required by the eFlooring team. This has resulted in a more efficient process for both the business and its customers.

How did Webhil perform from a project management standpoint?

Webhil’s project management was excellent from start to finish. They did an amazing job and delivered everything on time and to an exceptionally high standard. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the project, and they were always quick to address any questions, feedback, or changes. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well-organized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the way the project was managed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part of working with Webhil was Shoaib (Founder). He was exceptional throughout the entire project. His technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to understand exactly what we wanted really stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always responsive, professional, and willing to find a solution, even when the requirements were complex. Shoaib’s commitment to delivering a high-quality result was a major reason the project was such a success, and we would happily work with him again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing we feel Webhil could have done better or differently. We were extremely happy with the entire process and the final result. Shoaib and the Webhil team delivered exactly what we needed, communicated well throughout the project, and maintained a very high standard of work from start to finish.
