Design, development, and deployment of a custom full-stack web platform for Costin Sforaru, built on a modern, scalable architecture (Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, MySQL, Prisma ORM, REST API). The platform serves as the primary digital presence and business infrastructure for coaching services, online courses, and guided meditation content.

Platform Delivery The platform was delivered on time and within the agreed budget, with all core functionalities operational at launch, a direct indicator of project execution quality and reliability. Technical Infrastructure A production-ready, scalable codebase was established using industry-standard technologies (Next.js 14, TypeScript, MySQL), reducing long-term technical debt and ensuring the platform can grow alongside the business without requiring a full rebuild. Revenue Enablement Three independent revenue streams are now fully operational through a single platform: one-on-one coaching bookings, course enrollments with live session management, and monthly meditation subscriptions , none of which were previously supported by the former website. Payment & Invoicing Automation 100% of transactions are processed automatically through Netopia Payments, with fiscal invoices generated and delivered via SmartBill without manual intervention  eliminating administrative overhead. Content Independence The client can independently update all page content, manage courses, sessions, and users through a dedicated admin panel, removing dependency on external technical support for day-to-day operations. SEO Foundation Structured metadata, schema.org markup, and Open Graph tags are in place from day one, establishing a technical SEO baseline ahead of any content or advertising campaigns. Brand Consistency A unified visual identity is now present across all platform touchpoints,desktop, mobile, and social sharing previews, replacing the previous fragmented online presence.
