Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the manager of Customer Acquisition and Retention at CEFALY, e-commerce med-device company. My #1 goal is to get NEW customers and my #2 goal is to RETAIN customers. We sell a unique migraine preventative and treatment drug-free/ FDA-Cleared/available over-the-counter device leveraging our ecommerce platform with LIVE customer support.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebFX, and what were your goals?
Our website is awful and unfortunately the customer platform we use is inflexible and outdated we have to work with due to our investor requirements, There for we started with WebFX for CRO support to enhance the UI/UX experience, build out content, and master the funnel of digital engagement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have increased our sales by 30%+ due to the enhancements WebFX has provided such as the improved checkout landing page, the shopping cart experience, content creation, master SEO and more. They literally came in with the energy, positivity, know-how and experience to help us optimize what we had to work with even though it's not ideal. They also supported a new build with WordPress for our blog. Honestly, they are patient with such challenges.

We have a kick-off meeting with the appropriate team member to discuss the strategy and goals. Form there WebFX delivers mockup and wireframes based on our brand guidelines and are approved by our team. They are flexible with revisions and do not hold you accountable for minor changes or updates. We then take the prototypes and development notes to our web vendor to implement.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
What's amazing is our Account Manager, Greg is our Internet Marketing Specialist and he literally handles everything with the WebFX team members. Since we love Greg so much, we have expanded our business to include paid media, social media, content development, SEO, CRO and more. They are the reason we are so successful today. RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In March, WebFX tested out the performance of a static homepage banner vs. an interactive / responsive homepage banner with at CTA pointing to the product page. This test resulted in an $10,000 variance in revenue favoring the experiment, with a $50 increase in average order value. Also in March, WebFX tested out a more structure category page. This test resulted in more users adding the products to their cart, increasing the number of customers in the conversion funnel.
Lastly, in April, WebFX tested out the removal of a section on the checkout page focused on “how users found CEFALY” - by removing this section, we saw a $20,000 variance in revenue favoring the experiment with 30 more transactions occurring on the experiment version of the checkout page.

We have multiple exchanges daily with WebFX. The WebFX portal is outstanding. I documents your email & voice, conversations, notes, tasks, strategy, SOW, compile PPT, and manage all our Google Analytics.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The energy, patience, know-how, experience, analytical, supportive, clear & concise, work with-in budget, not pushy, real-life human beings that are profession and work amazingly well with the entire CEFALY team. They have become our own team members.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, I wouldn't change a thing about experience.

I'm the Social Media Specialist at CEFALY, a migraine treatment device company. I work with content and video creation for our organic social networks, as well as assisting with customer inquiries on social media.

We needed someone to help with our social media ads, and repurposing blog content for our organic social media pages like Instagram and Facebook.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
One of our team members previously worked with WebFX at her prior company, and thought they would be great to help with our SEO challenges. That initial project grew into multiple projects, as we appreciated WebFX's efficiency and vast knowledge of the digital world.

We had a kick-off meeting with Jess Tygert, where we laid out all of our challenges and what we envisioned our ads to look like with the help of WebFX. From there, Jess began setting up new refreshed creative and has been continuously testing each new creative we bring, and our goals are truly coming to life with the help of her expertise.

We worked with 2 team members from WebFX for this specific project, Greg who directed us to Jess.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our conversion rate has improved from 3.3% with our prior agency, to 6% with WebFX. This is a phenomenal place to be for our market and our product.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Jess always made a point to communicate and follow up on new changes, explain why changes were being made and what was going well and why... as well as jumping on a quick call when necessary, or pre-recording a video overview for us to refer to during our own time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
WebFX is impressive because they offer help in so many different areas that all tie into digital. It's great to know that if we need to find work for another area, they will most likely have a service and a team to help.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. They're great, truly! MarketingCloudFX takes a little getting used to, but overall it's been a seamless and efficient experience.
