We came across Webethics on a freelancer website and decided to move forward with them after having a virtual call to discuss our company's goals for the website. Webethics understood our vision and timeframe, so we decided to partner with them.

The project consisted of building a unique website template rather than using a preexisting one from Shopify. Full HTML and CSS knowledge was required of the firm to implement our company vision for the site.

The launch of the new website assisted us in launching marketing campaigns that worked for hand in hand with the new information implemented across each web page.

We had a direct line of contact with Kamal via Slack for any requests we might need. Tasks were turned around within a reasonable amount of time and discussions were had when the due date could be improved.

They gave us a site that was coded specifically to the vision we had, which consisted of a lot of HTML and CSS management on their end.

Some things could have been turned around quicker, but discussions were had when these things occurred and then improvements were made.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend them to look into more on how to code a shopify website. Although lack of ability to do coding in shopify is one of the shopify's drawbacks, I believe there should be a way out by now. I am not quit sure. Shopify is the largest website builder and host in North american. I would suggust them to become 100% shopify pros.

They did a few updates phone numbers, email address etc as they were quicker than me.
