But with growing privacy demands and tightening regulations, most of the world’s data is locked away and unusable. For businesses to make better decisions, develop new technologies and deliver more value for customers, they need data they can actually use. They need to set their data free to do more.

Post-launch, we saw a strong increase in demo requests and a noticeable drop in bounce rate. The new design helped position us as a more mature, enterprise-ready platform.

We already had a website, but it was outdated and had a complex design. We were struggling to convert visitors into clients, so we wanted it redesigned in a modern way. In our first meeting, I explained in detail what we needed. Their attention to detail was highly praised; they quickly understood our problem and explained the process and pricing. I wanted them to go milestone by milestone to ensure that every step went smoothly. 

We got our new website redesigned, and it looks fantastic—very user-friendly and appealing. We are 100% satisfied!

We asked some of our customers for feedback, and we received great comments. Our new website is user-friendly and easier to use compared to the older version. We saw around a 15% increase in business growth within the first month, which is really a big difference.

The project was to create a fully automated, simple-to-use, e-commerce website for our company. We have a rather small team of employees compared to the volume of orders that we are planning on handling so the main request we came to Weberous with was that we needed to be able to integrate different warehouse and shipping APIs into our website so that the order fulfillment process is as much hands-off as possible.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Weberous delivered exactly what we requested and took the time to train our team and demonstrate all the bells and whistles that our website is integrated with. We connected their team to our vendors and fulfillment center and they were able to sort out everything with minimal input from our end since we are not very savvy. We needed a company that can provide ongoing support as we grow so our collaboration is ongoing for technical support and search engine optimization services.

I was assigned to Rafael as a project manager and his communication skills were stellar. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and hit every deadline we set even though he had to communicate with different companies we partner with in order to complete the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think that what I found most impressive about Weberous is that they were able to keep me informed throughout the whole process and make steady progress without taking up too much of my time. There are a lot of moving parts to this project and they were able to understand exactly what is needed from day one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Weberous could have done differently?

I am used to meeting my partners in person which we didn't do in this case but the whole process was very smooth regardless so I am very happy with the service overall.
