At the Vision and Perception Practice, we offer a variety of professional services catered to individuals with different visual needs. A standard eyesight test can take 30 minutes while a full developmental visual efficiency assessment can take up to 2 hours. Therapy and learning programs are then customized to assist an individual to improve their visual skills - such as binocular vision, eye tracking, eye teaming and eye focusing - leading to gains in attention, copying, writing and reading.

I came to know about Alex through some events and that’s how we got connected. We wanted someone who is helpful, trustworthy and professional and that’s where we chose Webdorks.

We started by having me to send to him what I required for my website. They also clarified with me what I wanted and my expectations were. From there we kick started the whole process. They will also share with me any updates about my website development process so that I am in close loop.

He took time to understand my business and the kind of style I prefer for my website, and the outcome was exactly what I was looking for. Beyond that, even when I was faced with technical difficulties beyond the scope of his work, he extended his support to me and helped me find solutions together.

There were some technical issues towards the end, it would be great if we found out what it was faster

We received positive member feedback. The website was aesthetically pleasing, had a great FAQ layout, was easy to read, and was sleek and modern. Overall, Webdorks Pte Ltd was very responsive and got our drift quickly. They delivered a clean design.

We were starting our company and we had no websites, branding or in fact any idea of what we were looking for. We wanted to create a brand identity for our company and reflect them in our website as well.

We were searching for vendors throughout the web and we came across Webdorks and saw their impressive work. We decided to give it a shot.

We had out first Zoom meeting to discuss on what kind of direction I wanted to go to. Alex was very helpful as he can see that I was quite clueless but he guided me and gave his inputs throughout.

There was about 3 people who worked with us throughout, doing the website design, helping us with our brand identity and the copywriting of the website.

We finally had our brand identity and and managed to launch our website. We have a lot of clients visiting our website and have a better understanding of what our company does and our mission.

We had a great communication and the project was in fact delivered before the expected date.

The site was easy to updated even after Webdorks handed over the administrative rights to us. They even taught me how to use the basics of WordPress. They are also really helpful and do check up on us once in a while even after the project was completed. I would say they prioritize their customer relationships.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall to be honest, there's nothing negative I can think of. It was a really great experience working with them.
