I’m the founder of Prhints Creative. We create personalized products for individuals and businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webdior?

I needed someone to develop my e-commerce website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, Webdior held a consulting session and showed me how e-commerce could help my business. I intended to build a simple e-commerce website, but they proposed that I should implement software that would allow users to design their own products, such as T-shirts and mugs, on the site.

Webdior developed a WooCommerce site with SMS authentication, a payment gateway, and SEO functionalities. They optimized the site for Google and e-commerce. They also implemented the custom design software that they recommended. The team provides digital marketing services.

What is the team composition?

Kunal (Marketing Director, Webdior) is my main point of contact, and I also work with the team’s technical head.

How did you come to work with Webdior?

I found Webdior through a Google search for “best e-commerce service providers.” I made a list of a few vendors near me in Delhi and reached out to them. Webdior shared some of their past projects with me, which I liked.

I also appreciated the fact that Webdior did consultations. Many companies can develop whatever the client has in their head, but Webdior will provide the best IT consultations on what they should have; this was something different. They explained everything to me in a very accessible language, so I could know what I wanted to have on my website.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, I’ve spent 500,000–600,000 Indian rupees (approximately $6,900–$8,300 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Webdior in May 2018, and we released the product in March 2019. The website was completely functional by October 2018, but we needed more time to develop the software. They continue to do digital marketing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very happy with the results. I get daily orders through the website. I’m now only doing digital marketing with them, and they’re pretty good at that as well.

How did Webdior perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually correspond via email and Skype. They don’t provide individual phone numbers, but they’re quite professional in terms of communication, and I have their Skype IDs. I message them whenever I have a query and need quick assistance, and I send out requirements for new modules in the form of emails, for commercial purposes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate the IT consultation that they provide. They keep me updated with each and every new thing coming out. They’ve recommended that I redevelop the website using the MEAN stack, which would make it much faster, and I plan to do that once I have the budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m pretty happy with them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend hiring Webdior. If a client has an idea in mind and wants to develop something related to online portals, e-commerce websites, or mobile applications, they can take their idea to Webdior, and they will give the best recommendations on how to build those.
