Afterward, they sent an amazing mockup but, it needed a few minor tweaks, such as changing a few images. After that, we moved forward with the content and pages required. At every step of the project, they provided links so we could see what our site would look like. The team communicated every week until they completed the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Upon the launch of our new website, our conversion rate immediately increased. Also, our customers and associates had a lot of positive things to say about our newly launched website.

Overall, I would say workflow was effective between the teams. Sometimes, there would be things that were not done 100% to our liking, but we could easily email to have changes made. It's a pleasant experience working with them.
